AlertKAST

AlertKAST is a simple location based service request alerting application.
Users can request for a service from their respective service providers by tapping one single button on the App.
Users may see one or more service request channels on their app, depending on how many service providers have invited them to their channel.

Steps to raise a service request –

- Select the appropriate service request channel
- Tap on the service request alert button
- Wait for the service representatives to respone
- Chat or Call the identified service representative
- Close the Service ticket
- Provide feedback for the service provided.

Note : For you to see the channels of your service provider, the service provider needs to invite you to their channel in the first place.
Representatives of the service providers will need to use the ‘AlertKAST Partner’ App
