I have always been able to easily use this app. until the last update. I am an Android user and my version insists that you send an email pass. There are vendors who I want to allow in and I do not have (or necessarily want) their email address. Please revise and correct the Android version.

Who do I report to that guests I have entered are not staying on my list? Very frustrating. Also takes forever to get logged in. This has majorly declined in being reliable.

There is a choice to remain logged in but I have to log in each time. Further fingerprint feature does not work. This is the lowest rated app on my phone. Also 5000 downloads is a joke.

Supposedly new features have been added. Not so. This app is useless

Seems like everyone is experiencing the same problems based on other reviews. I've had to call my gate guard each time i want to add a guest. Defeats the purpose of the app. I'll reinstall in a couple of months and see if they've fixed the bugs that don't allow you to add guests.

I'm unable to login anymore, I think this may be related to Android 7.0. After my OS update, this app no longer works at all for me.

Make the text message alerts come from the same number or sender. As it is now you're clogging up my inbox with one off text messages for every alert.

Cursor won't move to last name section. Fix asap

Won't stay logged in...why develop an app so dysfunctional will be recommeding to rest of our board to drop this and get a refund

Logon takes 2-3 minutes since the update! By that time I've called the gate, or even driven there to deliver the message personally.

After spending 10 minutes trying to figure out how to add a new Guest, I finally figured out that you need to add them as a contact, or so I think. I can enter their first name, but when I go to type their last name, it continues to type on the "Fist Name" line. In order to add a guest, you need a first name and last name entered. Since I can't enter a last name, I can't add a guest. I'm sure you can see the dilemma there. The app is also extremely laggy and crashes far too often. Just use the website.

Did you even test it before releasing? Cant figure out how to add a new guest. It was hard to use before. Its pretty much useless now.

Was a wonderful app, until last update. NOW, it's useless. No way to add guest and service people. Time to remove app.

It worked a year ago and they kept making changes and now it won't let me add any new guests.

How do I add service people? All i can add are "guests".Takes forever to load. Crashes. Dose not add any useful feature but instead took away a lot of them. Of course I am stuck with this app.

I was able to look at the app and it seems straightforward. But, when I attempted to add phone numbers it crashed and now crashes on any attempt to open. Thus, it is completely useless. Nexus 6 running Marshmallow 6.0.1

App would not load. Had to reinstall to get it to work. Formatting on screen is horrible. Can't read half of the text. Why would they release this without appropriate testing?

I can't even log in to it. I have to use the browser to log on. The only reason it is still on my phone is, I'm hoping for an update soon that will fix that.

Great for adding people to the guest list, though I've had some issues with it not adding once or twice. Many of the other features don't work. I've set up notifications, didn't work. I try to see entry history, app crashes... Hopefully these things are being worked on and fixed.

App crashes every time I try to log in on Android.

A lot of times the app stops working, it would not let me put in my phone number to receive notifications. Now I receive notifications at 5 a.m. the day after my visitor came in, to let me know that my visitor was given a pass to come in.

Stops working when I access guest history.

Keeps crashing when I try to view the history on my galaxy note 5. I requested a refund.

The app is not working

Samsung Galaxy S III. I don't know if this application is any good or not. 100% of the time as soon as I start the app, it hangs and I cannot perform any functions. Please fix soon. This is terrible!
