Keeps crashing

Every time i connect i get the message all channels are hidden. Running on S6. Same problem on another samsung phone.

The Controls on this app block the screen view of my cameras! This needs to change!

This app is horrible im lucky if im able to view the cameras. It always says "Unfortunately it has stopped" really!? It has serious issues.

1) Playback most of the time does not work and i cannot view, forward and rewind. 2) When it does work i am able to see only few cameras. 3) Does not display 2/3 of my camera pics. 4) Crashes very often. This app sucks! If there is anything less than one star, i would rate that.

I used it on my old phone, got a replacement phone, but now I can't get it set up because 1. Directions suck, 2. The number for tech support that I have is now disconnected, 3. The app reports no internet connection! I have 4G and WiFi!

The app works good and it connects fast, but the controls go across the bottom part of the screen and hinders your view. The person who designed it must never use it

app is not working with my s6. my s4 have no problems with connection .s6 dropping connection without any reason .

Don't get be wrong, this app works great, and connects to my dvr FAST. However, if you forget to disconnect from the app or exit the app via its exit function, you will have **SERIOUS** battery drain. If the app is left open, it keeps your phone awake even if you are not connected to your DVR. Wishlist: - Allow more "View" Options or custom view sets such as 2 cameras (one large at top, and one large at bottom) or 3 cameras at once (one large image at top, and two small images side by side at the bottom. 6 cameras, or 8 cameras at once. Even custom view sets that you can add your select cameras to. Sometimes you may only really care about say 4 or 5 of your 16 cameras. - Fix the battery drain issue, or add an option to auto-disconnect after a period of time to stop the drain. - Auto Disconnect when leaving the camera views. Why would you want to stay connected if you can't see the video stream? - Update the Apps UI. It is clearly based on Android 2.X and is a bit clunky. I have to give the app 3 stars for the battery drain issue as that is very serious in my book. An app should not drain my battery the way this does when it the app is not active.

I have used this app for iOS extensively and have noticed several drawbacks to its Android counterpart. I am using this on a Moto G 2014. 1) PTZ movement is lacking the swipe to move and pinch to zoom feature, settling for a controller instead. 2) zoom function doesn't work at all on PTZ cameras. 3) screen is cluttered with some not so useful functions. Please update!

With the recent update. It Broke my playback on mobile phone when playing back on DVR model OE3-E24016-1T. I have three units. Two OE3-E24016-1T. And one recently bought OE3-E48016-1T. The e480 work fine, fast search and play . But the e240 have issue playing back on the phone. When search, it doesn't play back, the only way to trick it is to press play and when it play then I can select the date and time. But doesn't work all the time. NEED UPDATE FIX!!! My e240 is with the latest version 2.0.0.5

Will not connect to Internet on AT&T GALAXY S5. I contacted developer never heard back. Super frustrating. Need app to see family and home.

It worked great for a day, now it's saying it can't connect because of no Internet connection. I thought it was supposed to be able to connect on 4G also?

Playback worked at first, A week later it doesnt. Using S5, screen is blocked. .poorly updated...crashes unexpectedly when selecting HD.

I can connect with my Android but after 7 seconds my connection is dropped. Other Android users remain connected. I like the pictures and controls but need it to work on my phone. I have a v4.1 phone less than a year old. Verizon was no assistance, tried to sell me another phone.

Need to be able to get rid of the menu that covers the bottom of the screen and partially covers the pictures

So junk.... don't get open eye.... when I connect all I see is black screens I have a Samsung s3 and my cameras does not pull up@ all

I just updated, I get a black screen when connected to e series dvr. Professional series is fine. Fix this.

Im using samsung 3 and notebook, on embedded oe3 logs on and only black screens Works just like the iphone app . Every now and then I get a forced close message

It starts but when I try to connect to the DVR, it forces closed everytime. Open Eye MDVR (non HD version) worked before the last update. After the last update it would crash and tell me to download the new version (HD). Now the new version forces closed everytime I launch it. I have been left without a tool I have grown very dependant on.

I love that i can control my PTZ cameras. Little bit of lag, but that is to be expected. Great job!

Does not work. Use the original app. I would not recommend this app to anyone, especially a paying customer.

After updating the NVR to latest build I get a fraction of my cameras up which only show for half a second about every 10 seconds. Useless now. (Same problem on iOS too)

Way to go with the 4 cameras on 1 screen.

If this doesn't work, try OpenEye Easy Mobile. This one is only compatible with a few models of their DVRs anyway.
