About 증빙보내기
스마트 폰으로 촬영한 영수증 , 세금계산서등 기장 및 세무신고를 위탁한 세무회계사무실에 손쉽게 보낼 수 있습니다.
증빙보내기 앱은 (주)더존비즈온에서 개발한 SUPER BOOK을 사용하는 세무회계사무소에 기장 및 세무신고를 위임한 수임업체가 영업활동등으로 발생한 증빙등 거래자료를 해당 앱으로 촬영 후 담당세무회계사무소에 손쉽게 전송 할 수 있는 앱입니다.
사용방법
1.로그인 방법 : 기장 및 세무신고를 위탁한 세무회계사무소에서 부여 한 팩스번호와 사용자의 사업자번호를 입력하여 로그인 하셔야 합니다.
2.증빙이미지의 전송방법 : 부여 받은 팩스번호로 로그인 한 후 영수증 촬영에서 사진기 이미지를 터치하시면 촬영 됩니다.
이미지를 선명하게 촬영 하기 위해서는 촬영 모드에서 화면을 터치하시면 이미지가 선명하게 촬영 됩니다.
1)증빙 자동 전송하기 : 촬영 즉시 촬영된 이미지가 세무회계사무소로 전송됩니다.
2)증빙 확인 후 전송하기 : 촬영 후 촬영된 이미지는 증빙이미지내역의 미전송 리스트에 생성되며 이후 미전송 리스트에서 별도로 선택 한 후 전송 하실 수 있습니다.
3.촬영한 이미지관리방법 : 앱 시작화면의 증빙이미지내역 버튼 실행하시면 미전송 ,전송 리스트를 확인 하실 수 있습니다.
1)미전송 내역 : 촬영 후 전송하지 않은 이미지 리스트를 보여주며 보기 방식은 이미지보기와 리스트보기로 선택하여 확인 하실 수 있습니다.
