Dutch Bros.

I love how i can see all the flavors and can customize my own. The seasonal drinks aren't on there because they are seasonal, the menu is not outdated. And the app as far as i know was not meant for ordering. But maybe one day soon. I think it might be because each dutch bros is privately owned and operated? Not sure, but this would be a great feature! :) Anyways, i love the app and i love that it gives me directions to the nearest DB!!!!

For an app that doesn't have any more info than I can get off the website, it shouldn't need special permissions like run on start-up. I get its a small company, which I love, but I'm deleting the app and sticking to the net, where you can find things - like the secret menu ; ) without eating away at my data plan and I will keep going to my local Dutch Bros.

Pointless app. I can create my favorites to share on social media, but can't send in orders. Even if I had to pay onsite, it would be nice to know my order was in the works while everyone is waiting for the folks in front of me to make up their minds, especially since walk-in ordering isn't a possibility. Yes, the app shows locations, but I can google that without needing an extra app.

Only thing I would change is when you select a size... The sizes are wrong ( for my Dutch Bros anyways ) a small is 16 a medium is 24 and a large is 32... and The app is inncorecct but other than that... I really like it !!!

This app needs work. It looks terrible, the Dutch locator doesn't work and I can't tell what the purpose even is.

I love the people at the Longview wa. ocean beach location today is a rough day for me and they took the time to talk to me through my tears and treated me to my favorite drink on what would have been my oldest son's 38th birthday ... thank you for the cheer up ladies

Location finder and idiotic fav drink creator. Let me order from it or hey a freebie even. But Dutch Bros. With that "edgy" image and obnoxiously friendly staff and music so loud they cant hear you give you the wrong drink. If i could order from App could bypass the 20 min to the window too.

Text only. Disappointed. PICTURES PLEASE! ! New store in town, and im new. The app sucks so now i have to pull to the window and ask a million questions. When do i wanna do that?

That is all. When can I pay with my DB app? Ditch the plastic gift cards that get lost, ditch my punchcard at the window. Load, pay, perks, survey in one app.

The coffee is great and the customer service is above the normal I would love it if db had a tap to pay or scan bar code system so I don't accidentally leave my cc or debit card there and have to drive all the way back to retrieve it

I'm from the Rogue Valley area and whenever I get home sick, I zoom over to DB!

I would love it if the app had the ability to load gift cards so we can pay with our phone just as other companies have on their app

I wish there was a scan option through the application. To deduct monies for drinks and other merchandise. I would buy so much more dutch Bros and so would so many others. Room to improve ask for a survey from customer's.

I love Dutch Bros, but the newer Lloyd District store isn't on the map. I agree with others, to monetize the app to keep track of punch cards, etc.

The Battle Ground, WA location isn't on your map.

Dutch bros is better than Starbucks to me. I love the secret menu that dutch bros have like snickers frost or starburst iced , etc. I could go on

Only gives nutritional information on basic drinks not customized drinks. Nice looking app though. Sorry DB, uninstalling.

This app is nice, but it would be great if they could mark the locations open 24 hours in a different color.

They need to update app and change a lot of things around really badly. It's no use if it's not up to the most current menu.. They also need to make drinks fully customizable with nutrition info of the customized drink.

I tried to put an order in and 1 it didn't go through because there's no option and 2. The menu is old they have waaay more than that

This app is pretty outdated in the menu. It would be nice if the white annihalator was on there, or almond milk... also, once you build your favorite drink, it would be great if you could see the nutrition info on the customized drink. The app is a good start, but it can be much better.

My favorite drink is an iced honey latte. I cannot see a way to make that in this app. There is no simple "latte" to start and build off of and i dont see an option for adding honey myself

Mobile payments/ordering would be nice to have, but I was expecting the app to at least have a digital loyalty card.
