Dunn Bros Coffee

I would love to see the integration of gift cards to this app. Gift Cards are considered money so why not allow users to be able to use the gift card balance and earn coffee rewards with the credit. Deleting the app as I no longer have the need to buy coffee.

Had a huge purchase show up on my card. I didn't make it and I can't seem to reach a human to get this fixed as well, the past purchase amounts on app were lower than what I was actually being charged on my card. beware!

The application will not save my credit or debit card information making this app worthless to me.

I really like the app. Semi easy to use and pre order my coffee on my way in to work. The only downside is.. I wish it would save the DB that I go to instead of having to turn my gps on or search for it everytime. If this was fixed I would love the app even more :)

This app is fantastic, I use it all the time. Missing android wear support, with that I'd rate it 7 stars.

I love this app. I changed phones and it retained my information. Its easy to use and a portion goes to local foodbank. Changes have occurred since app was new. Reward threshold increased - but they sent an email and gave a $2 credit. I'm okay with that. They also allow you to build in a tip, if you are so inclined. Over all very impressed and love using it.

The local coffee shop does a great job. However the people who run this app are impossible to work with. It's too bad as long as I am buying coffee it would have been great for some of the money to go back to the community. I am getting rid of the app!

Not a bad app but, don't like having to give it my credit card info or the fact that it processes all my transactions at the end of a billing cycle rather than right after I make a purchase. Not worth the $3 credit for spending $50

Never had a problem making payments but app needs online ordering at 5th & Wabasha store in St. Paul.

More options are good. Do not live by a store, I order online would be easier to do from ap...maybe I can and haven't figured it out yet...coffee best ever

Dunn Bros Rewards are kind of lame compared to Starbucks and Caribou, but I like the monthly pay and haven't had any issues using the app.

I've checked multiple times that I'm putting in the correct code. And I've tried to put the extended code in. But it only lets you put in a 5 digit code. Without it I can't add my card and therefore can't use the app at all. So it's useless until that's fixed.

Accepts payments, sends receipt, add tip, view menus. App works great.

Does what it's supposed to do. I open app. I get coffee. I get happy.

Why does this app need to access my camera? What do they want to take pictures of and record? No other option to have rewards either, must have the the app. Low rating for poor privacy policy and permissions. Uninstalling since the trade off is not worth it for me.

The tip feature does not work. Either that or I'm a complete idiot. I punch in the amount of the tip and it never, ever adds it in and I've used this app bout once s week for a year.

Please add functionality for gift card upload. I have three that I am carrying around. Would rather use the app to pay and get credit for those drinks. Also, please reinstate the percentage option for tipping. Or better yet, add the option in one's settings to tip use percentage or dollar.

Love the app and ease of use. Last upgrade took away the percentage tip feature, which was much faster and more convenient. Would like ability to load gift cards onto the app. Otherwise, great to use. Hoping DB corporate is reading and listening to feedback.

The easy tipping feature was a big part of why I liked this app. Why bother when I have to calculate my own after the update?

I love the added features.

Easy percentage tipping is great for everyone. The latest update removed the functional slider for tip percentage so now you have to type it in every time.

The shop I go to most often is not on the app.

Makes it super easy to pay for my coffee in the morning. Love the rewards too!

Stopped by local shop in Jeff City, MO. Was told they don't have it linked. Back to Starbucks.

I love Dunn Bros. It's the best coffee shop around and my preferred stop for a coffee or breakfast. I use and like the app -- it's convenient and it seems to be the only rewards / loyalty program at Dunn Bros. However, I would very much prefer to not have my credit card linked to the app. I've seen other apps that support multiple payment options and, in particular, linking purchased gift cards to the app for payment. I would prefer to purchase gift cards and link them to the app rather than having my credit card directly linked to the app.

Waste of time, Slow and unresponsive.

Says it doesn't recognize account and can't reset password...terrible app

The reward for $50 spent is super mediocre, but it's better than nothing!

Says 'oh noes' credit card added but debit required....(if it means what i think it means) I added my debit but I still can't add my credit. Please fix

The punch card gives more value.

Ask for credit card info b4 you use it bad idea!!!

Third party apps need to be able to be moved to the SD card.

App very fast and responsive, sppeds up payment process.
