Dunkin’ Donuts

It's definitely running better now than it did in its infancy. I no longer have random connection issues. Previously I experienced problems with it switching the location I selected for ordering in the go, but that's not a problem anymore. The only negative to it at this point is stored/responsiveness.

Still no way to transfer a balance from one card to another. Promotions are now really small and hard to read for those of us who no longer have perfect vision They want access to your contacts, your location, your camera, your storage, you're SMS, your phone...??

I love the app. The only drawback is that customizations are limited. i.e. add extra lemon or toasted well. Other than that the Dunkin App keeps me moving in the mornings

I wish this app could transfer all the gift cards to one card and not have all seperate cards

Doesn't show coupon at checkout until after you pay. This is not good

Idk about ya'll, but ever since they changed the app I hardly get any perks. My friends often get perks that I don't (maybe this is a glicth?), but overall the perks are much worse anyway. No free anything any more. I hardly reload my card anymore... it's not worth it because I can't seem to earn any free drinks and the dunkin near me keeps messing up my orders anyway. Also, the new keyboard doesn't work well with my android phone (not that I need that).

Why do you need to see my pictures. This app already asks for enough permissions now you want to check my call status and access my pictures. Instead of adding things like an "emoji keyboard" how about you make the app work when I try and use it. It would also be nice if every time I connect to the store wi-fi the app doesn't crash.

The application "Dunkin" has stopped. This is a chorus line on my phone, even when I haven't opened the app. And when I acknowledge, I get the same message minutes later. All. Day. Long. I also agree changes are in order, why can I not pay cash and have it count? McDs manages no matter how we pay, we need flexibility, and ease of use, not hoops to jump through for little reward.

Very disappointed, on the go menu for Donuts and Bagels is very sad. I'm forced to order plain bagel every morning because this is what's available on the on the go menu. Which makes me wonder, did the developer ever stepped a foot inside one of the DD stores! All varieties of donuts and bagels need to be added to the menu. The Emoji keyboard is a stupid idea. Get rid of it.

Internal Server error for 2 weeks? Are you ever going to fix the app so that I can reload without have to go to the cashier to reload it? Now the app will not let me in at all. Does no one in your tech department care about fixing this? Or that this is causing your ratings to plummet? Wake up and smell the coffee! Edit: finally able to access again.

Update removes balance from main screen. Introduces useless bulk with Dunkin Emoji keyboard? Terrible! And PLEASE fix the frequent inability to submit on the go orders. Happens on multiple devices and many other people I know. Sometimes it's not worth the anxiety of even trying.

Still crappy. You can't merge cards & they also took away that option on the website. So now I got like 5 cards with various amounts. Still no way to add more than 1 espresso shot or espresso and whipped cream or say how much ice you want. Right now app won't load to show me the deals. Get it together, DD!!

This app does not work when trying to order. I called customer service and sent error message screenshots. So far they have done nothing to fix problem. Say it has something to do with my operating system. I have lollipop 5.1.1 and other apps no problem, only theirs. Useless app.

The App just has stop working I can no longer order on the go I keep getting some NCR...empty msg from it, very disappointed! I had to go inside in wait in a line..ughhh I do have money on the app, I want to be able to use!

I love the app, but it needs to be fixed so you can use more than one gift card when placing an on the go order. I shouldn't have to add to a gift card when I have enough gift cards to cover the total. Or just change it so gift cards added to the account just show up as a combined credit to the account.

While I'm totally pro dunkin rewards, the emoji keyboard does not even work. What a waste of an update. I'd much rather emojis be added to the keyboard I already have than to have to use a keyboard in which the emojis add as attachments and when you click them it doesn't even add it to the text you're sending, but asks you where you would like to send the attachment. That's not how emojis work dunkin... not to mention it doesn't function anyway and gives an error code at every attempt. I'd rather have no dunkin emojis than that keyboard.

There is no way to delete an item from your On-the-Go order without starting the entire order over. Not very user friendly DD. Also, the app doesn't show all the bagel and cream cheese options the stores usually have. This app needs a lot of work. FYI the keyboard doesn't even work. Get rid of that.

So I like the app, in theory. The perks rarely apply automatically like they should and there is no button to either apply to order, or order from that screen. For a donut shop the donut screen is just sad, maybe 1/4 of what they have in the store. It's a good idea, I like earning the free drinks (just can't use on the go), but it just needs some work.

Yet again... Old app worked great. New app you have to log out of your dd account to get your free predators win coffee. Why doesn't it show up on the dd perks when i'm logged in? You already have my location info.

The app crashes a lot of the time or doesn't update the balance. On the Go is extremely hit or miss. Have repeatedly reached out via email/Twitter for any assistance or potential solutions and no response. The old app was far superior.

This app opens about 25% of the time, generously. It has to be manually opened from the play store, and I've lost my spot in line several times struggling with it. It makes me uncomfortable to put money on such an unreliable app.

This app is completely useless. The card balance just flat-out does not update. Even with a month between transactions and an app update, my card balance does not budge. This app does not perform its most basic function and if I could give it zero stars, I would.

On the Go ordering used to work perfectly on my phone. A recent update made it so the app crashes every time I select a category on the menu. This makes those rewards that require ordering from the app frustratingly worthless for me. If you are going to release updates that render the app incompatible with certain phones, having the same perks on the website (mobile ordering and perks/rewards access) would be beneficial.

Updates since stating this and still same login issue from this app (web browser logon works fine with same username and password). And NO FEEDBACK! Do not stop supporting the old version. Do you not have QA testing? Without ability to logon, this is worthless. I downloaded when the old app said to. I uninstalled and redownloaded. Rebooted a few times too. No avail, I am unable to login. GARBAGE. DD, do you even read these? I have not seen any response from DD to any of the many recent complaints!

Twice the app took money off gift cards I had not used. The first time, I doubted myself. The second, I KNOW it was the app. Rewards are now too hard to use. I'm using the rest of the balances and deleting the app. Cash is more stable.

I didn't like it. Could figure out how to remove an item from the order without rebooting the app. Paying for a order was a pain, kept trying to reload a gift card instead of charging the order balance to my cc. Ended up just ordering at the register and paying there. App is rather useless unless you like to continually reload gc's at a $10 minimum.

This app used to be great! But ever since I updated to the version with this stupid dunkinmoji keyboard, the app fails out constantly. Please focus more on making sure your product works Dunkin! It's so frustrating when I can't pay for my coffee because your app stopped working.

It was wonderful at first! We used it for mobile ordering. Now it literally will not work at all. It will let me build the order, make specifications, and when I go to submit the order, an error code pops up. It's been 2.5 weeks since it last worked. So frustrating.

Please, please, please fix this app!! I can no longer reload my card so this app is now essentially useless to me! I constantly get Internal Server Error when trying to reload.

Disappointed with On the Go. The store didn't have the bagel that I ordered and had no way to contact me to let me know until I walked in the door. There must be a way to add the ability to chat or text on the app

I had to temporary delete the app to make space for something i needed for work. Upon redownloadin I couldn't log in. I even changed my password thinking i was at fault, But i cant even get on the damn thing

I love the ON THE GO, very helpful with busy mornings! However, when I have no remaining credit on my card and attempt to use my free beverage from earning enough points, it demands I add more funds to continue. (This is when ordering ON THE GO.) I feel using the free beverage should not require adding more funds. Other than that, the app is wonderful!!!

Easy to use, but don't like not being able to transfer funds within registered cards. That deters me from wanting to use the cards with a few dollars in them if I can't consolidate my cards into my primary account.

I wish the app was easier to access and there were actually real perks. It is awkward to use. And, you have to put money on the app to get the perks. So, it isn't really as much of a rewards program as other coffee companies or places like Panera where you earn points towards free items or discounts.

I use this app everyday and never had any issues. Since the update i can only order from my favorites. It logs me out and restarts the app if i try and order from the actual menu. Fix please!!

I had $0.88 on my card, and a mobile offer to get medium coffee for $0.50. The app wouldn't let me get it because I didn't have the full price on my card, then it wouldn't let me add any money. There are too many bugs! Fix this app!

Just ordered on the go for the first time and the app crashed at checkout and I had to put it together again. Even better, none of the perks that I qualified for were applied at checkout. This app is a true failure.

The app is pretty good. One major gripe is it takes FOREVER to load my card and I'm not able to use it. Very frustrating when you're trying to pay for your morning coffee.
