The app is not bad, it provides a reasonable amount of customisation and a decent set of indicators for the charts. Following recent updates most of my criticisms have been fixed, you can add trend lines, fibonacci retracement and extensions, and various other options. My only wish for the app would be point & figure says but I realise that they are a specialised and niche area

After update to new version become nightmare!! Please fix the login problem!!!

Please add conditional close functionality to the app. It would help alot. Good app though works just fine for me

After update there is eror display, i try use bolinger band indicator dev 2 and dev 3 but the display still the same as dev 2. Please fix this issue

It fails to download pin code image during attempt to log in.

Last two version its almost impossible to add a Sl on existing order because the green button is too low on the screen / almost dosent show. We end up pressing down menu....

Unstable

I can't even log in to the account. The login screen is a disgrace. I constantly have to turn my screen to somehow make the displayed information visible because it is covered by the keyboard which pops up from the bottom. Then when I click the login button nothing happens at all. No feedback if the data is wrong. No feedback if the application is actually trying to connect with the server. Nothing!

The strange about latest update that it do crash with the exact user behaviour. Have you tested it before throughing it to play? The older release wasn't crashing. Why change it? Nothing exceptional except the stupid loading image.

Really disappointing to have this application , need too many logins and relogins to open. Time is critical for force traders. Dukascopy must find a solution for that issue. I am really disappointed how to mange my account on the go..

If you choose dark font and go back to the light one, then all color are messup and bid ask cant be read. Light and neutral are the same. Red|white kill my eyes. Cant u make a real "light" font? Connection time is also "impossible" or always disconnect even on strong wifi...

It can take forever to login or usually require few tries. It is annoying when it resets the things you are doing if you shift out of its app. In addition, the charts shows wrong ohlc. As useless as the old version where you can only open close trades and nothing much can be done.

I need to re enter every time I login. And the number pad stuck on top of disclaimer.im using samsung note 2 update 20march 2016 problem fixed.thanks

Always when I unlocked my phone, the app will launch...it's kinda irritating that 1 have to now close the app 1st...pls make it work like it used to

I love Dukascopy, excellent app gifted to its customers.

The previous version was working much better than this last update. I wish I did not update. The main issue with the new version is the CHART not working properly it give false information!!! also Chart delays.

Useless

Only can be used to close position, open position if u know what price you want before hand or see the gain and loss. Totally unable to see the ohlc of current candle etc and candles dont form properly which makes technical analysis almost undoable. Charts resetting and many bugs makes this app almost useless

After I logon the apps, it just need 5 mins to log me out whenever dukascopy is running in the background. It would be too troublesome to login again and again just to monitor your trades. And please make the option available for choosing colours in the login screen. It will be awesome if this is fixed.

Feel great to finally start using dukascopy. Android version works well for my simple trading system. Chart and its functions should be improved though. Many other brokers (even for ig, cmc, etc.) are "cheating" your hard earned pips by manipulating the spreads and slippage sometimes. Hope that dukascopy continues to serve us well in these aspects.

To slow Login, slow load chart and opening entire app even on HSDPA or WiFi. Meta trader works Perfect even on EDGE, but you not support it! I would like to use you as broker, and you are excellent broker! But i don't like stupid JForex platform based on slow Java engine and use bridges! Make it all to work on MT4, and i will be your customer 100% and transfer all my monay from other broker to yours!

Please, add the price alarms from the charts. Please, add a few indicators of the classical set. Namely, Ichimoku, Murray math level, price action candlestick patterns. Also strongly wanted the volumes of futures on FX majors from CME. Thanks!
