Mindful Parenting is the first app that supports parents around the world, who are interested in becoming more mindful, playful and balanced in their parenthood. It’s about helping you become the happiest mum or dad you can possibly be, each and every day. Most meditations are designed for parents, but there are some that have been created for doing them with your children.

The focus of the application is currently on parents with kids aged 0-10 years old. While many meditations focus on new parents, there are more being added for all ages.

The list of packages and meditations included is constantly growing. At the moment it's more than 40 guided meditations.

SUBSCRIPTION PRICING AND TERMS

The application comes with both free and paid meditations. The latter can be accessed by getting a subscription, during which you have full access to all content. Subscriptions are either:

- $3 for 6 months
- $5 for a full year

These prices are for United States customers. Pricing in other countries may vary and actual charges may be converted to your local currency on the country of residence.

Your Mindful Parenting subscription will automatically renew at the end of each term and your credit card will be charged through you Google Play Store account. You can turn off auto- renew at any time from your Google Play Store account settings. But refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the term.
