Like everyone else the so called app is just a redirect to their poor excuse of a website of a non-mobile website. Outdated, asinine way of doing things. This company just does a baitswitch. They need to hire some real IT people to explain to them how to run a program. Beware lots of eager sales people.

The app works well for what it is supposed to do. I am an administrator on the site, and when I get notifications for all my buildings it takes me forever to clear them from the app. Couldn't there be a selection menu to "Select All", or to sort somehow on the notifications screen? I would love to use this app and have all my staff use it, but...it's useless trying to get over the hurdles, to the good parts of the app features.

Not user friendly, must have hired high school students to write it, A perfect example of you get what you pay for

Worst ticket system ever.

For about 3 weeks now, the app had failed to update work order status. Today, it won't do anything. After launch, I get the "waiting" animation, and after several minutes, I get an error box with an "OK" button. Very frustrating, since there is no explanation for the problem. Clearing the cache, uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't help.

Great sitting at McDonalds, during lunch, and was able to assign techs to work orders for about 2 days then all the sudden I couldn't assign techs. This app in my opinion is only good for reviewing what you inputed via the website. I uninstalled app.

This app was useless to begin with. All it was was a wrapper for the webpage. Now for the last few weeks the app does not open at all. Have tried different ROMs, completely reinstalled the app. After the login screen nothing happens

Love this app for use in maintenance direct. As the person assigned work orders, and to clear the work orders it I very useful. I have no idea how good it is for assigning work.

I need to have the email notification on in order to receive a notification. I already get 3 emails per work request and now one from the app, seems a bit repetitive. I go to check orders and and it just uses the browser!?!? I don't understand the point of the app? I would be nice to have a simple clean user interface that allows me to not only look at orders but update them as well without having the extra notifications.

"Incident" doesnt work at all just keeps asking for log in. Can't edit from view. After you edit it asks for log in, and ditches all input! One of the worst enterprise level apps ever. Messenger part is great! Might as well use web to edit anything.

All it does is load the site in a browser. The core functionality needs to be incorporated into a ui that is easy to use on the fly.

It was OK when I first got it a few months ago. Now its not working. Trouble linking wouldn't sign in... in installed and reinstalled still nothing!

I was able to get one work order in before it completely stopped working. Cleared cache, uninstalled, and reinstalled and it still won't open up at all. It's be useful if these bugs were fixed

an app that bring up the desktop website... how lazy can a company get. at least develop a mobile version of your site.

This app is really just a link to the website, I love School Dude, but this app doesn't do as much as it could.

Seems to be working again. I just wish there was a way to select multiple notifications.

Just stopped working and would disable my internet while loading.

Hey thanks for the link to your site. This is great. Now I know why the interface on your site is such garbage. It's so you don't have to manage a mobile site as well.

It worked for a couple months and now it won't, for the past week. Is there an update pending?

It works great for tickets in my que but when i try advance search it will let me put the info in and search but fail to load any info.

Does nothing useful.

Won't even open anymore! Been a junk app all along, but now it doesn't even open. Total fail!

Truly awesome! When I installed this a while back I thought it was worthless, but after having it installed and then using school dude at work, the app began to populate the work orders. The problem was that the app does not back populate your old work orders...only when something changes on the old ones do they show up. However, everything that is new had been functioning exactly as the description says. I feel bad for giving 1 star now, it is totally a 5 star app, and I am making that change today. I wish they would include this information in their description...it would eliminate the low ratings they receive

Can't clear more than 1 notification at a time, and it just goes to the web interface to edit anything. Only saving grace is that it logs you in automatically.

I was hoping for a better mobile interface that would attach to schooldude and present information more easily accessible on tiny screens, but this is identical to a Web browser but with notifications. Please create a better interface so we can deal with work orders in the field.

Worthless. But, that's about what I expected from schooldude.

I just installed this and I have to say, this is extremely terrible and useless. What is the point of creating an app if it loads a freaking webpage? It makes no sense. No sense at all. I am gonna recommend this to the school board and tell them to do business with another company. This is absolutely ridiculous. You need to hire a better developer for creating a schooldude app.

Does nothing more than load the horrible website interface. I could have gotten the same thing in Firefox. Utterly useless...

It's still easier to just go to the website to manage requests. I couldn't find any settings to modify my preferences, like disabling notifications. No preference options. At all. In the app view of requests are only new ones coming in. Any requests that I already have ( in itdirect) , the only way I can view them is for the app to bring up the full site. And within the app, there's no back button for the website. I have saved searches in the site, but you are very limited in how to sort requests in the app

My workplace uses this for the IT Direct portion. This app is awful. I'm sorry to the person who developed this. This app does nothing useful. Would be nice if we could actually get a decent app.

Horrible

They have really improved the interface and functionality in the latest version. Does a good job giving a streamlined Technician view and still allows you to launch into the week browser for full functionality!
