USB_SETTING for Xperia V2

XperiaZ5でUSB接続設定画面の表示ができなかったので作りました。
PCとスマートフォンをUSB接続した状態で、本アプリの"start usb setting"をタップすると
USB接続設定画面が表示されます。
他機種の動作確認は行っていません。

追記　クラッシュ軽減処理を追加しました。 I made because it could not display the USB connection settings screen in XperiaZ5.
