The app over all, decent... but im sitting to register my card and no matter how many times i back out and re-open .. it wont allow me to finish the damn registration... its pissing me off... continues to say error registering, please try again later, so i do... and its the same bullshit.. over and over again... definitely going to delete this if it doesnt allow me to register.. thats the entire reason i downloaded it in the first place.

I can't login in on my account. I did the reset password and when it gave me a temp. Password I still can't even login in on with the temporary password...please fix or I'm uninstalling. I can't even login in on the web page either it's frustrating..not happy with either the app or website

I created my account and was able to sign on the first time. Later in the day I tried to sign on and it stated the user id/password is invalid. I went through the process to reset my password and was able to log on. Well, I just tried it again and I'm receiving the invalid user id/password message again.

Great service! We have three Duchess shops in our county. I frequently use the one next to I-71 on the way to and from work. The staff is always courteous even when they are short-handed (which is every morning during the work week... Seriously management?) and the store is always clean.
