Such a disappointing app. Live chat doesn't work. Feedback option has saved incorrect contact number format despite the correct one mentioned and verified. So it doesn't let me proceed with the complaint. Does anyone even check the app before releasing to the public?

I always used this app but it seems useless. I asked to find this guy, but the police don't care enough to help me. Its been a year already & no action from this app. So I don't know if this really works, but for me this is nothing.

I hope they'll give more options for whom working as police officer example we can take photo of the fine place and than submit the fine thought this application. ....أتمنى ان يكون هناك امكانية اضافة مخالفات مرورية من رجال الشرطة. مثلا أن رجل الشرطة يأخذ الصور من مكان مخالفة مرورية و يضع الصور ف البرنامج و يطبق برنامج مخالفة مرورية. .و يكون الازم إدخال الرقم عسكرية اسم المستخدم

Great app. Used it to report a minor accident and it was extremely quick. In less than 2 minutes the accident was reported to police and i got a call th3 following day then recieved an email immediately.
