1. Amounts to transact are unreasonably low, tigo pesa is not more than TZS 100 000 and voda is 500 000, not sure this is deribate so as to collect more fees. 2. Access via Internet doesn't work especially when a paired number is not on air. 3. Improve your TAT on complaints related to this App to get a better rating
