FAULTY APP!!! Won't let me change my PIN..that is "Expired"..and that "Your transaction has failed due to communication failure" despite using active, reliable Wi-Fi internet.

If you are getting the pin expired error message you can reset it with USSD code *382# it will prompt to change your pin.

Not reliable, many times it down and doesn't send funds to mpesa, so can't be trusted as a means of payment. DTB help line have two standard answers, restart phone or reinstall app, of which neither work!!
