About TexMee
The TexMee application allows deaf, hard of hearing and speech-impaired people to communicate directly in real-time text (character by character) with many organisations and Text Relay services across Europe.
Using a simple "one-touch" selection from a list of registered organisations and Relay Services users can directly connect and converse in text either with the selected Text Relay or relevant person in the selected organisation.
The TexMee database is updated regularly to display all registered companies/organisations and Relay Services.
The application requires an internet connection.

I am legally blind and find the fluorescent green writing used for relay, is VERY hard to read and strains the eyes..also would love to see an option to save call and ability to change font colours for both font and background

Only supports NZ, Spain, Switzerland, UAE and UK. And only listed entities. It is not possible to add a TTY number. So it doesn't fit my needs.

New Zealand just signed up and I proud because now I can make call when not home. Those who say they found it disconnect, I found when my phone time out yes disconnect but once I changed screen timeout to 10 minutes, I have no problem.

Tried connecting to NZ mobile relay on 14 September 2014 but it keeps saying offline

Horrible :/. So embarrassing when ring and s/he answerd then it went blank i cant type word to send or read what they are saying. They r waiting for my reply and it went to hang up. So i went use interent reply so no problem t use interent reply. Much better than this app.. Sorry.

I think this is a great idea, communication just like minicom. The list needs more companies listed for bigger choice. Click on icon and I connected to a company in real time text. I wish my bank was registered on this.

Installed this help to help me ring my healthcare providers for advice on a concern I had about my toddlers health. I couldn't even type the number in before getting a notification that the operator had hung up on me. Would not recommend to anybody.
