Memo Journal

I purchased this app because it is good, I recently switched phones so I put this on my new device. But now I must repurchase the app to get rid of the adds:( Also, i exported a years worth of data to google drive then imported just as the instructions say but it doesn't seem to to recognize the file. Very annoyed.

I've been using this app since its inception. Started out great but I guess they feel the need to keep making changes for the sake of changes because every update decreases the "user friendlyness and reliability" of the app. Now I can no longer scroll from one day to the next without reverting to the weekly view. If you don't save text as you enter it you'll lose all you've recorded simply by rotating the screen. If you jump from memo journal to another app, when you return all text and entries are lost if you haven't saved. Makes it a real pain in the ass if you're making entries from another data source. Really guys, change it back to the way it was a year or so ago. You don't need to make so many changes. It's not improving the app only making things worse for us who rely on it to work properly.

I've already purchased this app and I want to know how to retrieve it so that I can retrieve my previous Journal. if you can make that happen for me I will definitely give this a 5 star because I was loving this app until then...:-(

FIVE STARS for excellent customer service! I would love to see more time options for Reminders. But so far, so good! Will update my review as I am a fairly new user. // To the user who said you can't add more than one entry a day - you can! Tap on a task/entry and choose 'new entry'!

This app is great! I'm able to keep up with everything my schedule requires!

so far every entry I've made has disappeared except my "test" entry. Backed up to SD &restore only pulled up my test entry too.

It's great until you get a new phone and it wont import your old journal entries.

I love this app and have two suggestions to improve it... 1. Backup to cloud storage is great, but can you make it schedulable? 2. I am trying to get me old journal entries from years ago into memo journal. Can you include an import feature?

It's an ok journal. You have to be careful when saving. I copy my journal then save, because I notice when you just save the journal only saves from when it auto saved, so you have to go back and paste your entry. Then I have the paid app, but sometimes still have advertisements. Also, I have app on my phone and tablet, but what I write in tablet doesn't appear in phone app vice versa.

Great apps and what I looking for. But would be 5 stars if Task description can see full rather than 1 to 2 lines as has difficulty amending if need to. Also the a.m and p.m are showing only a and p in the title when viewing which is awkward as prefer a.m or p.m then would be perfect!

I literally use this for my memory issue (TBI) and already purchased it but when I move it from my S4 to my Note 4, it wants me to buy it again!

Just downloaded... Tried a few entries... Looks great so far

The app worked fine before and now I can't even use it. While typing a journal entry the screen turns black and I cannot see any text entered. It is there but the page is the same color as my font so I can't see it. Smh! This is the second major issue and i am tired. I lost all my previous journal entries because I was not able to retrieve them from a backup file or online storage or nothing. But I still kept using the app and now this. I am uninstalling and finding another journal app.

I've already purchased this app and I want to know how to retrieve it so that I can retrieve my previous Journal. if you can make that happen for me I will definitely give this a 5 star because I was loving this app until then...:-(

I have tried, just about, every journal/diary app out there; this one seems to have everything I was looking for, in this type of app.

Hey, I was about to leave a bad review, since it seemed like the ability to edit journals had been lost, but I figured out how to edit them. It's still there, it's just much less user friendly. Before, it only took one short tap to open a journal. Now, it just takes a longer tap. With a bit of practice, it's easy. Just tap the date/title header of the journal and hold your tap until it opens it up. I hope this helps a lot of people out. I was scared for a second myself.

Change it back! I'm not able to edit like before.

This update is not allowing to edit the journal from the list view like before.

Can't post to the Journal module! ! This is really creating a major inconvenience for me!!!!!!!!!!!

In my opinion, this is NOT a safe app to download. Maybe they innocently sold advertising rights but There is A LOT of nefarious advertising that tries to REALLY scare you into clicking on it!

I have a S5. I can't add morning than 1 journal per day. I've selected the day and it does not allow me to add another journal. The pen in the upper left corner does nothing.

This app was great until one day I tired to get in & it kept booting me out because of "wrong pass code". That's not accurate because I use the same code for most of my personal items. I did the whole email recovery & there it was the same pass code I've been entering. Then it got accidentally uninstalled. When I reinstalled it same thing & there is no backup. I think at this point I need to keep it uninstalled and find one with a backup.

Works very fairly well for what I want to do with a daily journal. Only one bug right now and that is that when I am in journal entry mode, I can't see my curser on my android tablet. It's very irritating and I'm not using it on a regular basis until they fix it.
