DropCar - Valet Parking & More for Android
I used the Will service several times now and it's been fantastic. Today, I needed to get my large dog that suddenly couldn't walk to a vet appointment where the streets were partially blocked off due to Summer Streets. On the streets where cars were still allowed, traffic was abysmal, but I was able to get a half block away from the vet office. My agent was there waiting on the corner and tended the car until we returned. Sure, I'd be happier just feeding the meter in front of the vet, but for instances like this you can't beat this service. I'd also consider them as a monthly parking solution, but I frequently need my car earlier than they'd be able to deliver it to me.
Used it twice, the first time was fantastic the second time very disappointing. The app told me that the guy was gonna meet me in 12 min. So I waited for him. After 15 min I texted him to see where he was, he said another 10 min. I was in a rush and had to cancel.

CRASHED MY CAR - DISASTER. We had used DC for about a year, dealing with the annoying and sometimes lengthy delays in pickups because it saved us versus a garage. Bad idea. One day we received a call while waiting for our car to tell us the valet had crashed it. Valet was unhurt but the car had thousands of dollars of damage, and it was on my insurance because in my state it is the car not the driver that is insured. A month later after countless calls and emails, I heard from the repair shop -- not DC -- that they were ready to BEGIN repairs. Six weeks after the accident, I was awaiting delivery, when I was called and told the driver had run out of gas on the way. When it finally arrived, the empty light was blinking, as well as a number of warning lights. I had to get it filled, and take it to the dealer to have it repaired properly, out of pocket over $1000. I hounded DC for weeks for reimbursement and still have received only part of the expense. STAY AWAY FROM DROPCAR.
I've used this app since it opened very often love the convenience but a driver got Into an accident and drop car was supposed to cover the damages and left me hanging cost 1600
In terms of app, its excellent and works really well. In terms of service, these guys are going to be the next black sawn! I can't believe I never used this in the past. and will most certainly use this for years to come! I love it and highly recommend it!!!!!

Just used for the first time. Absolutely LOVED IT!!! I used the Will service while at a Rangers game at MSG. The driver met me right in front of the Garden (was able to call the driver from within the app) waited in my car and met after the game. At $15/hour this was real VIP service and was great. The driver was 5 minutes late, but I had told him that I was going to be 20 min late, so not entirely at fault. Other than that, the service was superb and the driver was friendly!!! Would definitely use it again...
I paid for a monthly subscription in NYC and for my first two uses was unable to request "on demand". Seems like DropCar doesn't have enough employees to service their customers. Today the earliest I could request was in 2h10m. On Tuesday morning it was 90m and then they told me they were 30m delayed and I ended up having to put the car in a garage. I guess they are still ironing out the kinks but so far not living up to its promise.
They are always late!!! And sometimes will cancel on you with no warning so you don't even get your car back. The app times out and glitches regularly. Customer service is horrendous and rude! We are cancelling
I have used this for a number of months now as a weekend driver. The cost, while hardly "cheap", is still easily my cheapest option for parking given my average usage. The flexibility of where a pick-up and drop-off can occur is also something that a local garage can never do. Their operating model is less rigid than alternatives, so I've found that their valets do occasionally arrive earlier than scheduled. In many instances, they were able to even take a street parking spot that became available. Once or twice they also arrived late. The company has actively tried to improve the experience by eliminating barely used services and extending service hours to focus on the quality and timeliness of their service. So far, there seems to have been an improvement. Keep up the work.

Been using if for a month, so far, so good.
I am using Dropcar for 5 month now and after very disappointing first month it got better. During the first month they left a large scratch on the rear bumper but told me that the scratch was there before - even though the guy, who brought my car back that day told me about the incident. Their customer service was terrible, unprofessional and dismissive. They were also consistently 30-60 minutes late during the first couple of weeks. Consequently, I switched to ValetAnywhere. But unfortunately this wasn't much better. They didn't scratch my car, but were reliably later too each time I needed them - and significantly more expensive. I switched back to Dropcar driven by their low prices, and hoping that the scratch was a one time incident and I didn't have to deal with their customer service again. Luckily, ever since I came back no other incidents happened (to my knowledge) and the valets are mostly in time (4 out of 5). For now the service works for me as long as they keep improving their punctuality and I hope that they improved their customer service by the time I'll need them again.
The app never opens after the update.

Horrendous company. Signed up for an account and called to cancel the subscription. We went on our merry way. BUT the subscription was subsequently NOT cancelled and they had been charging us. Fine, but when we asked them to refund as of the day we had cancelled, they said (grammatical errors included), "since that was December there is nothing they can do because are in the new year they cannot go back to the 2015 and refund December. Therefore they cannot refund you any of the months you were charged." What kind of accounting department can't go back in time? Note: their argument is that we did not cancel but WE HAD CALLED TO CANCEL. It is their fault that they did not make note of the cancellation properly in their system and kept charging us. When asked to speak to management, they continued to ignore the ticket and we just get automated emails from their support system trying valiantly to close out the ticket. Don't trust them with your money or your car and don't waste your time.
This app and service is great. Easy, efficient and pleasant
Great service! Great price! Friendly drivers! LOVE IT! Only thing, it takes up to 45 min to get the car or have the car picked up. I understand though that the company is rapidly expanding and that they need more drivers. Monthly subscriber here

I never knew parking in NY could be so easy. My valet was very friendly and the pricing was really reasonable. I would recommend this service to all NY car owners.
Amazing service
Best valet service ever! The app is simple to use and the service is fantastic. What makes this app really great though are the little things. They always call to verify, the arrive on time and they even leave mints and thank you cards in the car! And the rates are great! Will be using this often!
