Very annoyed! I can't link my bank card and my log in is correct. But they provide no assistance in getting your account set up.

It's ok..card linking is always a problem and customer service is next to non existing 1 week for them to email you back and then the problem isn't even fixed and you say screw it because it's not worth your time emailing back and forth when it takes a week for a response

I give it a 4 cause alot of times I need to email in to receive my points. There's alot of time the offer will expire and I can't find it to send it in to say I'm missing points. But when it works great I do get alot of points. Which is nice cause I got 3 free gift card so far. Just wish they had more stores you could choose from.

The newest update is awful! It forces you to either skip or activate each offer before getting into the app. Not only am I more likely to consider an offer if I'm not forced to make a decision right then, but I end up quite annoyed by the time I even get to see my points. This makes me not even want to open the app. Otherwise, I like the ability to earn points and I'd rate it much higher if the new version wasn't so terrible.

I really want to like the app and give it more stars but I can't. I had an Amazon offer for 2000 points with a purchase of $20.00. I made the purchase on 09.30.2017. I have never received the points. I have contacted customer service about it three times and they always say wait 5 business days. It's been almost a month and nothing. I am very annoyed by it! Update: 10.27.17 I was contacted by customer service today. I had to submit a screenshot of my purchase. After considering the case they gave me the points owed and 500 for the trouble. Now I I’ll keep with the app. Thanks

Just downloaded this. Seems like an easy way to get cash back. No scanning barcodes or uploading receipts. Just link cards, choose where you want cash back and shop! I've shopped at Target twice so far to receive points back and had no problems. Check it out! Is my referral code gpt0k.

Solid app. Nice not having to scan anything to receive rewards. Only thing I'd like to see are more retailers on board, but I'm sure that's coming in the future. Used referral code 2dk66 for a bonus when you sign up.

I really love this app, but the one thing I cant up my hand on is paypal... Dear reader I really like to support this app by using it all day, but why paypal not there? I accept your apology that paypal is not in the app yet, but soon it will because Im really happy to see it, and I hope this app get alot of download :)

Every 3-4 days I have to relink my credit card. Also having to either activate or decline offers immediately when opening the app is a terrible. If I'm on the go, and have to relink my card on the time, I'm about 100% less likely to take the time and look at them. Let me view the offers at my own leisure when I have time. If I miss it because it expired, well then that's on me. Overall, it seems like it has potential, but if I keep having to relink my card, I'm probably just going to delete this app.

I like it. It's easy, but sometimes my points dont show up. I wish it would give me a notification that an offer will expire soon. I used one and it was a day too late so I didn't get the bonus points.

Updated : This app is a waste of time. You always have to contact them to get your points. I have purchased in different Drop's partner institutions and I've never got my points. It's been almost a month. I've contacted them via email, Facebook and support and I haven't heard back from them. Terrible customer service !

Would have gave it 5 stars if i would have got the points from my offer. I completed the offer and waited a few weeks....got a response to say i would be receiving my points but may take some time. Its been 2 months now and never received the points, sent a message again to not get a reply this time. Crappy app that doesnt honor their offers and rewards.

It used to work well. Now my linked cards don't work and when I try to relink them it won't let me. I have emailed support and it says that it will take about 5 business day. Before all this my cards would stop working. It seemed like every other day I needed to fix my cards. Now I'm earning nothing for like a month. Pls fix

I love the app but i often have to email for my points and there always a problem with u an my bank td. Also the new update sucks!! If I don't activate the offer right away I lose it that's not convenient. Great way to earn cash just needs some work

It's great for a free points app but has some serious flaws. Not being able to change your ongoing offers sucks, I asked support about this and they would only let me do it if I invited a friend. That's ridiculous. Card links are constantly breaking and I always have to log back in to my bank account. The new update that makes me have to scroll through each new offer makes me not want to open the app to relink my card.

It's not very accurate. I know I should have more points but some purchases never showed up. Now you can't even find a list of when and how you got points.

Constant complaint it seems from the reviews, yet we still can't change offers. And now the new summary features means I can't even get into the app without having clicked though all of the offers, thus forcing me to activate everything just to get to my account

Love that app. But now App opens up and says drop and doesnt load anything. I was seeing network issues and connection issues even though my network is available and working

I downloaded this app close to a year ago. I was an early adopter and when choosing my 5 ongoing offers the choices were very limited. I had to choose 2 places I never go. Once you choose these options you can never change them which I find ridiculous considering since then Walmart foot locker and a bunch of other places have been added. I thought maybe give it some time and they will have an update or maybe you can change your offers every 6 months. NOPE. so I contacted support to see if they can make the change for me i emailed them 3 x and I got an email stating that my email was received and I should hear back soon. it's been 2 weeks and no one responds to any email for support. they are so quick to respond to the comments here when people leave a negative review but when you contact them for an actual issue no one responds.

I am constantly having to unlink and relink my CIBC Account. I'm not even sure if I'm getting points If it wasn't for carrot rewards I don't think I'd get any points It is free though so I guess I gotta put in the work

Terrible, rewards almost never show up, and then they do it's sporadic. You can log a complaint, but nothing happens. Deleted.

Great app. Offers aren't always what I would use and only shop at 2 of the places I get points for but I have received $160 in Tim Hortons gift cards so far and already past the 10,000 Mark for more. Enjoy this app free gift cards. Would rate 5 stars if offers were a little more personal or customizable would be great possibilities. All in all, who doesn't want free stuff. App is safe and not out to use your credit cards or debit to damage you.

Dropped to 1 star had card linking problems with PC. Recently got a student account with CIBC and still having to always relink my card.

Rewards never come. Tried contacting support and only got a bot and no real response. Still waiting nearly a month for a reward promised in under a week. Update: Was able to claim Aerie reward and it came immediately. Amazon reward came within minutes of submitting this review. I tried reaching out to Drop about the missing reward numerous times. Only received a real response to review in Google Play.

Absolutely Love this app but am only giving it a 4 because I have had to email them for missing points a few times. I don't think they miss the points I think they are too busy that they are behind and therefore some times your points take longer then 5 business days to show up. I love this app so much I actually emailed Influenster about adding it to their platform so more people can find out about it!

Used to be 5 stars but lately seems to be plagued with issues for me. Drop support spent a month telling me to keep trying to link my credit union card daily before finally contacting me to say it wasn't supported in the first place. What a waste of time. My other card with PC Financial has been a headache. Used to work fine but now just tells me to re-link every day, and when I try to I only get a connection time out issue. Was on a roll with Drop for my first few months earning nearly 40,000 points. I was loving it and recommending to everyone! Now i can't use 2 of my 3 common institutions, and am missing out on so much. Most of my purchases are on Mastercard and Credit Union accounts, but only my TD debit works now. It's a shame, had really high hopes for this app. Hope you can fix these issues soon so I can start making use of your app once again. Will update review as new info comes up. Best regards.

Regards are rather good and many ongoing offers are in places I am spending money constantly (e.g. Starbucks). I agree with others that I have to email more than I would like, one time offers don't always pay out right. I also likes the older app better where I could activate offers at various times, not being forced to say yes/no and then not have access to them at a later time. But, it is one of the better reward apps I use and has introduced me to a couple cool new things.

I can only connect my credit card since you dont work with my bank. Would love it if you would add libro credit union to the list of banks

I've been trying to link my card again since April and I can't get anyone to help me. I have hundreds of dollars worth of points I can't collect. Keep getting responses from drop that my bank now works but it doesn't. And no one has asked what bank that is. So how would you know?

You don't have my bank so I can't even get started. Chime is my bank and you don't have it I'm so sad. I've heard great things about this app from friends who know I love apps like this. As I said though I can't use it. Please fix it ❤

Edit 10/17: Emailed support again and they got back to me quickly. Seems like the card linking issue has been resolved in the latest update, and I was finally able to get my first redeemed reward. Glad the kinks are beginning to get ironed out, and looking forward to continuing to use the app! Edit 10/7: Heard back from support finally, but was told there is nothing they can do about the card unlinking, so I need to keep entering my password and then doing the whole authentication process. Meanwhile, I still haven't received the reward I redeemed on 9/19. Soooo.... downgraded to 1 star. Original Review: Got the app before you needed an invite code. Built up points since the same card kept unlinking. Sent a support request about keeping the card linked, havent heard back since a week ago. Redeemed points for a gift card the same day, still waiting on that, too. Don't run ads on social media if you can't handle the volume. Too many small companies make this mistake and the result is the same every time.

Actually redeeming points is a hassle. The email certificate takes ages to load. I got this irritating loading screen on my most recent redemption- tells me to try again later when I need it now.

Requires giving up actual login information -- including security questions. That's much too invasive and likely voids the protection with credit card companies if they find out. Not really worth the pennies saved per dollar.

Since the TD bank issue I have not been able to relink my card. I've tried contacting support and keep getting told the same thing that doesn't work. Sucks that I'm close to enough points to redeem and won't be able to.

Downloaded this app yesterday, put in my cards, etc. Last night at 12:22 am, someone tried to access my banking but failed the verification questions. How do I remove my accounts from your system?

Cant even link my cards -debit or credit. It keeps telling me that there are "delays with this institution". Emailed support 5 days ago, didn't hear back. Deleting, waste of time.
