No support at all, not even a phone number listed..

The latest version can't take pictures on the Phantom 3 Standard, the drone flies according to the set flight plan but a "Photo capture not responding" error always appears at the first waypoint. I had to roll back to the previous version to get it working.

Good app. Easy when it works. Sometimes need to open and close a couple times to get camera to connect. Wasted half a battery on a project before it worked properly on iOS. Also flight data times are off by 12hrs. Contacted airdata and they are contacting you also. It seems all my issues have been addressed. I haven't tested it but customer service is excellent. If it all works next time than this is a 5 star app.

Good apps but there were many problems. already fly 5 times, 1st successful, 2nd successful but half fly lost signal and the picture is not complete, 3nd image capture but the camera view straight forward, 4th only one picture and view camera straight forward, 5th drone stay at the first point does not move follow to the line. does not take pictures with mavic. switched to pix4d. no issues now.

Please provide us with Google map, in a remote area, I have a big problem, all I can see in map is a camera icon, wee need basic map

With mavic last week was taking photos with the gimbal facing straight forward

Stuck at waiting for drone even after getting a pop-up saying "drone connected".

Was very hard to enable offline flights. Other features are great

Dronedeploy is awesome, when updates do not break everything. Lost 1k in work today because the dd app updated.

Still have flights that sometimes only take one picture.

Does not work with Mavic

P3 advance. Camera does not tilt down when in mission.

The setup and pre-planning part is great, but when it doesn't take pictures during the actual mission it's pretty frustrating. Good thing it was a test mission and not an actual paid job. Then drive 45 min. Back to the office only to find out that there were no photos. Time to demo some different software

Why is basemap always reloading? Even if it is not connected to any one of my drones it always loses the basemap with or without "making it available offline". Correct that and the gimbal problem which only works when u have it on angles 0/90/180 and it should be dependable

I'm using P3A for mapping my plantation, using this app offline is a painful experience. so many trouble!! I now looking for alternative app. your app sucks!!!

Dji mavic pro - flew to the start point then flew back without taking any photos.

I don't think I would trust this app with a $2000 piece of equipment.

There have been a few people having issues with DD which I believe is hardware based. For me DD is working fine. My equipment is Inspire 1 V2.0 with latest firmware. DD is running on a 9" samsung galaxy tab s2.

Have new LG G6 and app would not launch. Used the pix4dcapture app with great success and great 3d modeling from data collected was hoping to see a app with twist from them. Does it not support the new G6 yet? Maybe update soon. Happy Change to 5 Star once able to launch

Where to begin? To give credit where it's due, the idea is great. However, the execution is incredibly flawed. I was constantly launching flights that were flying fine but taking no photos. There were other issues as well, such as over and under exposed photos. Flights sometimes didn't even take off, or stopped taking photos halfway through. I generally went through about 20-60 percent of the battery just trying to get the inage capturing working. Due to these problems, I decided to visit the drone deploy help forums to seek assistance. I got an admin reply to my original post fairly quickly, asking what sort of drone I was using (P3S, if you're curious) and I thought my problem would be resolved quickly after that. No such luck. About a week after my original post, I was directed to contact a support email (why this couldn't have been said in the original reply, I have no idea). Given that I was only in the area for a week for the aerial scans, it was extremely unhelpful to only be getting a response after I'd already left the site. The location is over two thousand kilometres away from my home and can only be accessed for a few weeks of the year for the scans it's been frustrating to say the least. Like I said at the start, it is a good concept but until the app can actually deliver on what it promises I would recommend staying well away from it.

Still gets my head around. Excellent service. A bit of a trouble connecting to my oppo F1 though.

Drone fly as planned, but not taking photos. Sucks.

Connects to P3S easily, flight planning is quick and easy, flies routes perfectly, but I am yet to get this app to take a single picture while mapping.

new version (2.4.0) new problems. 1.sometimes image capture wont start,had to manually trigger the camera. 2.when arriving at first waypoint,image capture started but it stays at first waypoint forever 3.Lost of telemetry at middle of the mission,but the mission still going(the worst,almost result in battery miscalculation).battery,distance,altitude status freezed. dji inspire 1,samsung tab s2 and lenovo k4 note

Next week i've project 400 hectares mapping. I'm affraid if DD new version 2.40 still has some issues as ardi wicaksono said. I use Dji inspire 1 and samsung tab 2. Please fix some issues that ardi wicaksono said for version 2.40. Thanks.

Is it possible to add a setting to choose between imperial (ft/mph) and metric (m/kph) so that I don't have to keep doing conversions when I plan a flight.

Cant login with google account... I test flight 9 times only 1 success. 1. No image 2. No image 3. No image and no streaming video 4. Wrong route. Stop in 70% no image 5. Wrong route. Stop in 5% no image 6. success 7. Rth in close distance 8. Rth in close distance 9. No image

I have latest firmware phantom 3 advanced. 1.1.9. Controller latest and just installed this app. All other apps work and askes to acess usb accessory but dronedeploy doesnt so it wont connect. Why? I have s4 galaxy with marshmallow 6.0.1

No longer works with phantom 3 pro and note 4.. camera won't point down or take photos.

Latest update seems to perform better. Still have some issues though.

cant import SHP mission on website. scrip stop bla..bla.bla... On application isnt responding please fix it.

Great possibilities, was only able to get 1 completed mission out of multiple tries and alt. Variations. App has now quit working on LG v20 tried reinstalling twice with no luck. Very pricey to be this "buggy".

Worked well until the latest update. It will go through the checklist and give the flashing check mark but will not start the Phantom. I am using a Galaxy s6 and a Phantom 4 .
