New Jersey EzPass

This is like a portal to the website, and to make it even worse it's not optimized, so you have to be zooming in and out, so you are better off just visiting the site from the browser and avoid using resources for nothing.

Someone took the EZ Pass website and slapped it into an app! It doesn't do anything to help a mobile user. You constantly have to scroll left to right or up and down without any user-friendliness at all. Users who download this app might find its calendar app don't come up like they do with other apps which use the phone's calendar app or any type of user-friendly calendar app. In fact, it goes to a blank screen and you have to hit the back key to go back and do whatever you want. Frankly, it's kind of a waste of time to even download the app, as it doesn't do much more than it does with a browser window. Somebody at EZ Pass needs to get somebody who knows how to build an app and then it would make EZ Pass users lives much better. Another words, don't have somebody just build a app because the manager at EZ Pass said that that's what needs to be done. Actually, do the work that an app developer would do and build something that works for everyone. Honestly, it's kind of insulting that you even expect people to use this.

The anount of intrusive ads prevents me from giving more than one star. If you change screen orientation you loose some information.

What an unfriendly app. It is not optimized. Does not update. Even the website to EZPASS is very unfriendly. It does not recognize changes right away.This entire app and its website should be revamped. I am disappointed.

Can't sign into the nj easy pass with a new York easy pass account.

The app is not using responsive Web design so all they did was parse in the desktop website. Waste of time to install.

Not optimized for mobile so everything is too zoomed in and has adverts that block parts of the screen.

Everything I do it from browser I can but on the let's say app, I cant. Some errors are shown.

They didnt even make an app. Its the same as the website. Still ha e to log in everytime. You have to zoom in and there is no benefit in installing this. They know people are going to still use the site to get back and forth, so there's no real reason to put in effort. You're a multi million dollar operation! Get a REAL app and stop being cheap!

I have installed this at least dozen times l live in New York the. Ez pass is only for New Jersey everytime l login my information no data is found you must fix it remove it .it only work new jersey

If this is an app, I am the Queen of England. I deleted it instantly once I opened it and saw that it is exactly like the Web page. Don't bother. Just go to the website on your browser.

Same exact setup as the desktop no easier or simple. Not worth it

I'm glad there's an app so I don't have to go through my browser, but I'd love it even more if the app had more of a mobile app feeling.....like not having to drag the page left, right, up and down.

This app does not work on my Galaxy S4, takes for ever to load. Please create a real mobile app, I have been waiting for it for a long time.
