Perfect freezing app simulator. I love it. I set it for an hour, check back when it feels like an hour has gone by but haven't heard the alarm and presto - the timer froze with 30 min or so remaining! It really simulates that frozen app feel very accurately! If this were supposed to be a real timer though, I'd probably have to shame the developer for not being able to produce a working copy of what is the world's most basic of all apps - a timer.
