Drizly - Alcohol Delivery

Great app! Driver does not accept tips, so the 5 dollar delivery is amazing. Costs me 3.25 to take the bus, so this is better! Super friendly staff, and decent delivery times.

I'm having an issue getting delivery, despite being in the delivery area. It's very frustrating, since they sent me a flyer with a promo and everything. After the first time of trying to use it, it won't let me. *update* I emailed their customer service, and contrary to what their delivery area map for Phoenix says, my "zip code is out of their delivery area." This is entirely not true... I'm MILES within their delivery area and they are completely out of their minds if they think that I'm out of their delivery area. They may want to fire whoever their marketing team is.

Delivery was quick and easy. They will call you and let you know if they are out of the item that you requested and will give you other options that are about the same price or a refund. The app is super easy to use.

First delivery was smooth and quick, decent selection, no ridiculous up front app permissions like some of the competition.

Stupid app won't let me enter my house number and keeps using my neighbours house. Even editing won't allow me to change it. Guess I'm walking to the store as usual.

Very expensive. 30%+ markup + $5 delivery + tip. Your looking at almost $40 for a $20 bottle. Worth it if your drunk I guess.

Used this app for local delivery off liquor thinking it would deliver locally and had to wait 5 day for a bottle. What a joke

Love it! If you have the extra cash, it's super convenient. Always accurate, always fast, always polite, and a great selection. Plus, they have a bunch of awesome snacks and extras.

Just signed up and tried to use the app to order some downeast cider which is displayed in the app preview images. However, after putting in my address in Manhattan it shows that it is unavailable. I searched for about 5 different items and was unable to find any of them. Again this is in NYC, and I know the items I'm looking for are available at local liquor stores.

Why you would have every single item in a liquor store deliverable except cigarettes is beyond me. Horrible app design as well.

Just installed, went to check out selections. As I'm clicking in items most of what I would order is not available. Then I see it will take 2-3 days,are you kidding me?! There are at least 10 liquor stores in my area,but the one would deliver to me is an hour and 15mins away.

Serves it's purpose. Tracking map doesn't work and hasn't since day 1. Also, they used to offer free delivery on selected items... No longer. Inventory accuracy is also average.

You guys put a coupon in my mailbox... literally a code to have booze delivered... But you don't deliver to my address? Wtf? Why send me the code?

I was all ready to place an order and use a coupon code, but there is no option to add. What's up with that? Nor was the first time $5 off promo applied at check out. Not happy at all. I don't trust this...

Drizly isn't perfect, but they are incomparably better than the incompetent competition. (Say that five times fast!) Their service has always been good, and the app has gotten a lot better in the past year. I'd like to see them partner with additional liquor stores and deepen their selection though, as well as supporting Android Pay.

Alcohol delivered to me under an hour for the same in-store price, love it. Great app. Easy to navigate and search for the beers I am looking for.

About 3 to 4 years ago my partner and i spoke to you and your buddies in front of tasty burgers in Fenway about an idea of starting a liquor delivery app. At the time my partner and i was working for favor boston food delivery when we came up with the idea for a liquor delivey app service. You and you partner was waiting for food in front of tasty burgers when we conversated with you explaining what favor is. And then we told you and your buddies about the app we were developing to deliver liqour to customers. You guys said it was a good idea and asked us what we was naming it. We told you our name and concept of the company and you guys acted immediately and took our idea. We need to talk. I have proof.

Best Idea ever!!. From registering, to ordering and receiving my order, it was pretty smooth.... my go to for when I'm running low and don't feel like leaving the house!

Doesn't offer cigarettes, no point in ordering alcohol if I have to go out for cigarettes anyway.

I love Drizly because my order always comes quick and they always have what I need!

First time was great. Even brought a bag of ice. Second time ordering, we sat & waited. Finally checked my emails & received a "we're sorry, but we can't deliver your order" email. Not sure if we'll ever try them again. Circle K is in staggering distance.
