Truly Amazing customer experience with drivify. Have used similar services outside Mumbai,but as far as customer service is concerned these guys beat them hands down. Keep up the excellent work , nd I m certain to continue using your services again..

Service is not available in Pune. When I enquired about this to Drivify, I got immediate call back from them to provide more information. Really nice to see yourself getting attended in such a short time. I hope their service remains like this in future as well. Waiting for Pune launch. All the best to Drivify Team for more success!!!

Not just the drivers but the overall experience of booking over the app and with their call center is just so good. The app does not accept future bookings but the super efficient customer support staff and their customer friendly approach pretty much makes up for it...

They were prompt to call back and provide an alternative. Customisation at its best!! Great customer service. Irrespective of whether I use their service or not. ..they have left a good taste

Half an hour of registering and entering all the fields and you say you don't have service in my area... What was your app doing for half hour??? Intruding on my privacy???

After getting all my credentials, you are saying that you don't serve in this area? Ridiculous! You rather ask first my area and then ask me to proceed

Tried to sign up using 2 different number. But OTP never came. Is this real app ?

Have used them couple of times and liked the services, the feature which I liked the most is about is adding car details. Every time when the driver comes he exactly knows my car number and how to drive my Honda accord automatic. This makes me comfortable throughout my journey.

The app accurately finds yours exact location.the service is swift and there is no lag on the app at all. One should surely go for it

This is an updated to an earlier review from October. I guess Mr Prasad had sent mail within 24 hrs as promised, resolving my complaint. But that went into a Spam folder. Because I didn't receive any notfcn through the app, I perceived no action had been taken, and the mixup has caused delays. Do make sure your app can send such notfxns of requests being addressed. Also note that the original booking itself took more time than expected and needed to be confirmed on phone, so overall the experience was too slow. Prices are higher than competition and you need to differentiate yourself. For example, while identifying the location real time is great, I should be able to schedule a pickup from a diff location, and there was no way to change that, so far as I recall.

Concerns were addressed. Not sure about the Facebook and Google sign ins.

They provided driver on a short notice and he arrived before time as requested. Brownie points earned! Thanks for your wonderful service. Kudos!

Before installing the application it says free but while registering it is asking for some minimum amount. Looks like cheating.

The driver provided to me was a new driver who had learnt driving 5months back . He had no knowledge of lane driving ... Plus he was half hour late so never trust them when you have to go somewhere in time ... They said I would be charged 299 for 75min but the driver was so slow or he had intentionally done it I don't know as he took more time than the usual time it takes for me to reach home .
