DriveU Hire Car Drivers

Driver was perfect and drove accordingly. Only thing as said, "All our car drivers for hire come wearing a cap, shirt, trousers and shoes. DriveU chauffeurs place a paper floor mat and a special seat cover before driving your car so that they don’t soil it". Was not followed, so don't give wrong info in the app and better follow it properly.

The most unprofessional driver I have come across ,i own an automatic car and when I asked the driver if he knows how to drive automatic car he said that he has driven BMW so I though he is good driver but to my surprise while parking my honda city he has banged the wall and there is a big dent near the door and running board ,i really wonder why you hire such drivers who cannot even know how to park properly (I guess my grandmother can do a better job) and now the question is who is going to pay for it

Took more money than actual bill. Was driving very rashly, was honking horn unnecessarily n continously.

Compared to other services giving drivers for rs. 600 for 12 hours ...driveu will cost you roughly 1300 for same 12 hrs. Good for very short drives etc..for one or 2 hrs.. but then its not cost efficient as well bcoz in same price you can take ola or uber and no cost for your car and petrol..so in long run I guess that drive u will go out

The services of driveu are quite reliable. Only thing the driver details are sent 1 hour prior. Also if the driver is required early morning then it is bit of challenge.

No SMS , in last 8 try, not able to register. Worst app.i am going to uninstall it.

The service is good and the quality of drivers is best of class, however the app is extremely unstable. Have uninstalled and reinstalled it and it still has bugs. Guys fix it soon.

Posting a review after using the service 3 times. Overall the drivers sent to us were good and we were able to track the drivers location on the app with ease. I made outstation bookings for my father and he gave a lot of positive feedback which is very rare! Keep up the good service.

I am a regular user of this app. But sometimes the drivers are not very good, most of the time they are good. Go ahead n use this app.

They do no to treat customers properly n behave rudely........

Made a booking one day in advance and received confirmation. Got a call 10 min before the time the driver was supposed to report saying that all drivers are busy and they cannot send anyone. Uninstalling the app

Had 4 consecutive disappointing experiences. The booking had to be cancelled coz either drivers r late or the confirmation details haven't come in or they don't have drivers available. Uninstalling the app and deleting all referrals made.

Rewards for new referral are device - based, not registration - based, nor number - based. So, does not matter if new user. If old device, no benefit of new registration or referral.

Driver never turned up and after several calls we had to cancel the driver ..... In all this drama we got late by almost 1 hour

We tried booking our first driveu last night. We drove to koramangala and did not plan on drinking but after hearing about driveu we thought this would be a great way to avoid drinking and driving. We booked at 11:30pm and at 12:15 the app cancelled on us citing too many requests. UNACCEPTABLE. Obviously a service like drivu will be used to make smrt decisions however cancelling so late directly impacts our safety. I would urge everyone to never trust a company that could make such an irresponsible choice

Good App but stop the annoying notifications every 5 minutes otherwise will be uninstalling

doesn't come for 2 hours in the middle of the night after accepting the booking. Sends a cancelation message next day!!!!

Used DriveU today for a short trip.. overall it was a great experience. . Very professional and very reasonable. . Intend to use DriveU regularly..

Resend OTP also not worked. Please tie up with better SMS company.

Booked a driver at 10:20PM for the driver to arrive at 11:30PM. I got a SMS with a driver details. When I called the driver at 11:20PM he said he has been reallocated for another duty. No other driver details or information was shared till date. I drove back on my own. No assistance from DriveU. The chat help module did not respond.

I took a driver from your company #DriveU. The driver smashed my car purely due to negligent driving. DriveU is taking no responsibility.I am without a car since past 3 days. No one from #DriveU is talking to me. Extremely irresponsible and unresponsive team of jokers. No one is ever in office. Hate #DriveU

I just bought a new phone and I have trying desperately to register the app. But no matter how many times I try, I do not receive the Otp.

OTP is not received even after trying many a times. Total waste ...

Needed driver on an urgent basis..I didn't get an OTP to avail the service..why create an app when it is not use able in times of need

OTP is not coming in the rite time... so it is waste app. Cant use without it....

After making a reservation and a payment, they called and said drivers weren't available. On a Saturday night.
