I have to submit my details again and again after login.the card number and cms number should be fetched automatically. Most of the time your card machines are not working at petrol pumps.why don't you add a simple scan and pay at all your pumps.it will be very cost effective.

It is not accurate. Card limit shows zero when actually there was Rs.70000. Mobile app is not reliable

I am using HP Re-Fuel card. Point 1. It is giving error msg., Invalid customer id, even if i have logged in by my customer id given by you in email. Point 2. There no option to transfer amount from CCMS to card in website. Have to visit petrol pump. Please resolve

Customer ID has already given at the time of login,but it's shows dialog box for Invalid Customer ID.and In navigation view, No data are fetched.At website side all data are fetched properly than why developers do not use web-API properly in mobile side?

Even after entering the customer ID and password, it says invalid login ID. This has been going on since 3 weeks now. I've tried every possible ID, card number etc but it doesn't let me log in. Lastly try to fix this problem soon because even the website doesn't load which is making it difficult to find out the balance to know if we need to add in more money

Hello HPCL. I facing problem to login hpcl app on Android phone. I inserted my correct login user and password.its just procesing. No login into app. Plz solved the problem
