I hired a driver in new Delhi a couple of times thru the App and the professionalism & driving is worth appreciating.

Not happy with the service,I will not recommend to others.Awaiting for refund still

Did not bother to confirm. When I called then they made me hold for 5 mins and said there is no driver available. The customer care team has no idea how to speak to customers.. Worst app ever..

Very handy with the app, a nice service concept esp when you don't want your driver to waste his time after dropping to you to the office by hiring him full time just because you've hired him full time. During my last subscription it even helped me to be more punctual as there was some kind of compulsion to start the day on time because some one you've hired is already on time. The app in specific may need some improvements like providing the dynamic summary of hours consumed during subscription.

Please do not use DriversKart's services unless you want to end up with a damaged vehicle. I had a terrible experience with DriversKart. To begin with the driver was having problem even in starting the car by turning the car key. I had to start the car for him. On the road he would brake hard whenever he was slowing down thereby throwing all passengers forward. On enquiry I found this driver got his DL only 2 months back. He claims to have been driving before that for 10 years without a license. The final straw was when the driver crashed my car against a pillar inside parking itself. I have been using oncall drivers since last 12 years and never had such a horrible experience. DriverKart’s claim of “safe drivers” is all BS. The truth is that they have hired some low-cost small-town bumpkin, put him through a quick driving course and presented him as very experienced and safe driver. A BIG Thumbs DOWN to DRIVERSKART.

I bought new Baleno alpha and had to take it to my hometown karwar from Bangalore. I hired a driver from driverskart and My overall experience was awesome as the driver was friendly and very experienced person, so felt relaxed without worry I took my new car to my hometown.

Booked today at 9am, received confirmation for driver reaching me by 10:30am... No driver or call until 10:45am... Cancelled booking and took Uber. Good application, but NO service. Absolutely unreliable & imature service. Avoid for any urgent/important engagement.

Please implement in Hyderabad too..

I'm completely irritated with your poor response from customer care number on which I got a call after 2 hours that too with a negative response for today and also next day booking. They denied to tell company address on which I lost the trust and dint subscribe for package. Don't play with customers and waste our time.

Why does your app need access to my media and contact. When I denied the app crashed. Booked a driver by mistake but couldn't able to cancel due to technical issue

Have used them a couple of times. Grossly underpaid drivers. And invariably, if you book a driver 2 hours in advance, they cancel your request without speaking to you. Also, they don't have enough people. You get monkeys if you pay peanuts.

Excellent Customer service and very personal drivers. . I am still using Monthly subscription from last 3 months. . Every drivers has good and professional and well city route known drivers thanks to driverskart

I have tried various local providers but you guys are best. quick service even in late night requirement or early mornings hr your driver has always reached on time

I required a driver during late hrs to commute from home to a relative house. driver reached on time and drove my car nicely. the fleet is very well mannered and always reach on time.

Way to go, even after repeated complaint on the app bad service with false promises, no action taken details of the issue is already explained to your team at chennai i.e. to name few Venkatesh, Vinod, Jordan

I have tried calling support on multiple days. IVR recorded message says that the representative will get back shortly and then receive automated SMS as well..still no response. Also there is no toll free number. This application should have real time customer support.

Upon arrival the driver refuses to show his Driving license. We were a family and how do you trust some one if he refuses to show his identity. When contacted customer support they are not keen on resolving the issue. Horrible drivers and service by the company. So if you are a family or a group of ladies who wanna hire a driver be aware.

After getting the confirmation there was no driver to show up. I was told everyone is busy. That too after i called them up. Not satisfied at all.

On time and highly professional service. Driver was very accommodating to my frequent requests . value for money:)
