It says Washington state but it says to start a u turn in the left lane. It says when parked up hill with no curb, turn the wheel right (toward the street) but this is incorrect, in Washington state the street would be on the left from your position and with no curb you want to turn the wheel away from the street so that the vehicle backs down off the road if it moves. Aim towards the street only if there is a curb when parked up hill. These are unreliable and will make you fail
