Horrible support. Even in a situation of an emergency during their listed open hours your only option for contact is leaving a voicemail and hoping for a call back. Is 0 stars an option?

Unfortunate errors with system processing a simple background check. Reps are very slow to actually get back to you for updates Avoid AT ALL COST!!!!!!

The worst company in the world!! Avoid at all cost!! No support! They will try to auto charge your credit card. Horrible company!! Evil!!

App won't log me in on Android. Tried on multiple occasions. Not a one time issue.

Does not seem to have good contact with owners of cars, tried to rent 5 different cars over a week and a half span and all rejected almost 24 hours to the minute I requested them. Like an auto reject. Out of all the cars it showed me only 1 had successful bookings. Waste of time.

SCAMM SCAMM PLEASE DO NOT INTENT TO GET IN THIS COMPANY! The driver practically crash my car got over 15 tickets have the cars registration taken away...and all they say is we have some bad apples??? Wtf...they did not pay for damages they do not care about your car the bullshit drivers they have and their is no control over the situation....oh yeah you dont wanna do a claim...they make you argue back and forth for estimate ONLINE telling you is too high to do another one and another one and another...wehn i finally got what THEY WANTED....they close my claim with nothing to say sopposedly the hole time i lasted to long....first of all there insurance company does not do estimates you do your own or find a shop that can do it...witch most of them didnt want to cus they were not sure if they were gonna pay because of the bogus insurance. Please dont try it...i been through hell with these peope....like i said they do not care about your car or you!! All they want is to get popular to do the scam on a mass scale. STEP AWAY!

The app is very glitchy and will not allow you to check your manage reservations. Use the Website as it allows you better access to customer support and your profile.

Im giving 1 star because of terrible customer service. I was in accident in my rental, i contacted Hyrecar as soon as it happened but their CS number is only an automated voice machine that never puts you through to a real person. The voice mail said their business hours were from 8-5pm Pacific time and it was after 7 eastern time, so i couldn't get in touch with anyone to utilize the road side assistance that comes with the insurance that I pay for through hyrecar!! I had to use my own money to call a tow truck which i asked them for reimbursement for but i still havent heard back from them about that. I also booked the car for a whole week and only had it for a day before the accident and had to return it. I paid $350 for this rental, only had it for one day and now they won't contact me about reimbursement or how to finish filing this claim for insurance purposes. Its been days, ive sent several emails and have left several messages on their Fake Customer service phone line but I still havent heard back from anyone. I am in shock at the lack of professionalism after being so elated with the whole program of renting cars for Uber. It just goes to show that sometimes you really cant trust third party companies
