Very good app..good services

I have done vehicle servicing fron drivojoy and i hav had a good experience. I had some issues with the bike which even service centre couldnt fix. So i booked the service in drivojoy and the technician came to the location with all the tools and fixed the issue in my bike. I felt really awesome thatbthe technician had a great idea aboutvwhat has to be done in the vehicle to fix the issue. I really recommed all my fruends to use drivojoy fir bike servicing. Thankyou drivojoy. Good goin.hope for better services ahead

Am a Happy customer.. I just want to say Good job drivojoy because I booked my TVS sport service and other issue it was completely solved . 2 to 3 times am did service in tvs showroom but they not solved and recommended corborater replacement but drivojoy mechanic solved the issue without any replacement in Corborater so thanks to drivojoy. And thanks to mechanic he feel like his bike and did service in front of me so am a Happy customer of drivojoy ..

More than satisfied.! My scooter had starting trouble. Group of 3people-2mechanics and a quality officer arrived on time. They did every check as mentioned in the app. The service happened before me and it was so satisfying. They did driving test as well. The mechanics were polite and professional not ready to accept tips.It felt like exactly the same after showroom service but at one-third of the cost!!! Would definitely recommend to my frnds!

Service is not that much good. It is OK OK. My bike had problem with indicators, flasher was not working. Mechanic replaced it with new one then it worked fine but by end of the day it stopped again. He should analyse the problem then repair it. I decided to give my bike to authorised service centre only.

Better service than service center guys, especially yamaha. This is my third time service with drivojoy and haven't disappointed me. Fixed the problems mentioned by me. Only pain is that I have to go to some other garage for getting my bike washed and polished as they cannot do it at doorstep

From past few days am not used my Activa and it was in idle. I have no idea to what happened to that but my friend reffer me about drivojoy thank God the engineer was to good and well knowledge about my Activa he started it. And also my bill is only 230. And i feel secure also because they come to my location. Thank you drivojoy

Drivojoy is good for nothing..door step service is for name sake. Worst part is if they are not able to repair it at your doorstep, u still have to pay 230.. I recommend everyone not to go for drivojoy

The service engineers showed up on time and serviced my fz-16 in my parking lot. Shocked to seem them fixing the oil leaking shock absorber without any stains on my parking lot. Job was decently done and so is the price. I will recommend this to my friends.

They charge excess for engine oils and ok only to do the minimum work related to service. You can use them only when you get stuck with flat Tyre. Don't ask for any part replacement suggested by them

Had a grt wrk with driveojoy mechanic.. they really explain things and do work with atnost clarity.. thnx to prashanth the guy who visited me

Was thinking of using this service for bike and for few of my friends bike, however, the feedbacks I've read is overwhelming. It maybe a good company, but the employees are unprofessional and untrained for sure. They have the mentality that no matter what happens, they'll get the minimum ₹230 just for visiting and 'touching' the bike. As everyone said, if there's any issue post-servicing, you can take your bike back to the mechanic, however, in this case, one has to wait for them to give their time from their so-called busy schedule. Thank you sir, but it's quite clear from the hundreds of feedbacks that you do not have any intention to better yourself. And one last question, as you claim that your mechanics are Shell certified, do your mechanics or you have any proof or certificate for that matter, that they are Shell certified? I hope Shell will give the details of your claim if asked through legal channels.

Very good service from drivojoy. I really liked the process. Especially mechanic Prashanth TN is a very good mechanic genuine and he does quality. He educate properly and advise to replace part which needed, wont simply tell to replace unneccessory parts. Looking forward from drivojoy more mechanic like this. Thank you

I serviced my suzuki access. Now I came to know that suzuki access have oil filter. And it need to be changed in every oil change. Ty drivojoy

They have sent the mechanic and then mechanic said to give vechile for more then 2 days. God knows how this company works. Without telling the issue they want the bike for 2 days. If this is the case then why you give door step service. The most pathetic service given by any company. Customer care of no use. They will always argue with over the small issues and try to give example of uber and ola. There customer care is also not reachable many times. And even if they pick the call then rather giving solution they will land you in other trouble and start doing gossip by putting the call on hold. My strong suggestion please never opt for this company service you will going to loose your money big time. It's better to go to authorise service centre rather opting for them. The worst experience from any service company who even fights for one rupees with you. Really bad exptience.

Drivojoy is a great app as well the service is very good.. Specially the mechanic Prashanth TM is very knowledgeable and he knows in and out of bike. I would recommend people to use this app and service instead of going to service station. Here you can see what changes and service they are doing..

Great service at doorstep ,convienance​ don't have to hassle and argue with mechanic maybe a bit pricier compared to local mechanics but worth it

Used their service for my bike full service...they do service for sake of doing...worst ever seen cleaning...they seems cleaned with some waste engine oil which sticks to your clothes..they done oiling to bike...the same day itself my bike breaks giving noise while applying breaks.

Never go for this service. They charged me an amount and did service half(saying spare parts not available). Kept me for wait of around one month and still telling to wait..

Good work guys. A perfect startup for all as the future of bike servicing will be depend on such a companies. Keep trying to improve the startup and to have a better competition in market.

The service is abysmal. It's better to take the bike for a certified service center.

My Pulsar200 is completely fine after, Drivojoy service. Thanks for the good service. I will be a regular customer of drivojoy

Pathetic service by these guys.I've spent thousands to do the vehicle servicing.If you want to take pain then go for it.

One of the best mechanic I have encountered . Prashant was very helpful and solved the issue and helped in finding other issue and resolving it

Service is good but never listen to mechanic, who says almost all parts needs to be replaced even though they are working condition And they replace with poor quality parts of you feel that something has to be replaced go to mechanic or showroom to replace it Worth using only for general service if you don't have time to go to showroom

One word... PATHETIC... Took my bike saying fork bent removal and cone set replacement will fix the issue. No improvement after the service. On complaint mechanic visited and said there is no problem with the bike..said replace the rim. Nonsense...Bike steering now stuck totally while taking right,had to stop in the middle of the road as steering was stuck. When complaint the next day again, ticket was raised but nobody reached out to me. Have drained RS 1500+, now feeling cheated.

Dear Drivojoy Team, Hi my name is Sourabh Agarwal and I unfortunately have thinking of Drivojoy being a company to out my trust have purchased the subscription for an year and you would be amazed to know typically service should be availed every 2 month wherein I have already consumed my 3 service as on date and I must congratulate you all for such a pethetic customer experience, each time your mechanic comes check the vehicle gives an estimate and does the service , post which within 3 weeks the bike again has issues. Either I was wrong to put my trust in you guys or Drivojoy is just another company with fancy departments but no less then a Mechanic store, rather atleast local mechanics are more personalised wherein Drivojoy behaves as a big conglomerate but in reality you all are unable handle the scale. Being from a startup couture myself I was infact happy to see and awail your services but now I am again disappointed and sure we as a startup community have a long way to go as because of certain companies like yours bring down the faith of a customer onto startups and want to still pay more to the already grown and established companies. Thank you for proving me wrong and also for the amazing service you have given. I will not suggest any one to you Drivojoy and will ask to stick to your local mechanic store as they will atleast listen to you and your queries. Wrost app Mechanic came to my place and told he need advance tools to repair not even touched my vehicle but drivojoy customer care is asking to pay 250rs. Without even touching vehicle how can you charge 230rs

Worst app ever seen.. unable to do sign up using Facebook,unable to do sign up using Google,when tried with Google it asks for mobile number,when entered number it asks for otp when entered otp it says phone number already exists and took me to sign up screen. Forget password link not working.

Very bad service .... Charging extra money after doing service and service is also not worth . Friends Don't book any service from this app . very bad service this they provide

First service booking and one day prior to scheduled date rep informs that no mechanic Available.!!!! I'd taken off from office to get this done...

Very good service only problem is they have limited staff to cover Bangalore population otherwise Services are very Good

I have Honda CBR booked in drivojoy and they solved all issues in my bike happy with service
