Awesome app! The text font used in the app is annoying as HELL, & makes this hard to use on the fly, but the settings are awesome. App does not have "instructions", but the Settings menu is simple & clear. I **LOVE** the options that allow certain people to ring through, and allow calls through on the 3rd attempt!!!

Installed yesterday (4/4/14), and my phone - while sitting still in my living room - would randomly go silent as if we were driving. I set all settings correctly. I have a Verizon SG3.
