الطب الـنبوي العلاجي
وإذا كان لابد من توضيح معنى الطب النبوي، فلننقل ما قاله الشيخ الطبيب محمود ناظم نسيمي رحمه الله في كتابه الرائع ( الطب النبوي والعلم الحديث) وهو من أفضل وآخر ما كتب في هذا الباب، قال: الطب النبوي هو مجموع ما ثبت وروده عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم مما له علاقة بالطب سواء كان آية قرآنية كريمة أو أحاديث نبوية شريفة.
كما لابد من توضيح أن الطب النبوي لم يكن طباً متكاملاً يضم كل فروع الطب، كما هو الحال في الطب اليوناني أو الهندي أو الفارسي، بل كان طباً مميزاً عما سبقه أو لحقه، إلا أنه في معظمه يدخل تحت قسم الطـب الوقائـي، وبعضه ـ وهو الأقل ـ يدخل تحت قسم الطب العلاجي، كما أن بعضه ـ وهـو قليل أيضاًـ يتعلق بشيء من علوم الطب كعلم الأجنة والوراثة وبعضه الأخير يتعلق بآداب مهنة الطب وأحكامه الشرعية.
فقد كان للصحة البدنية حظ وافر من هدي النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، فمن ذلك أنه أمر باستعمال الماء في الوضوء أو الغسل عند كل إرادة صلاة، وفي مواطن عديدة، كما أمر بتقليم الأظافر ونتف الإبط والعانة، وغسل اليدين عند القيام من النوم وعند الطعام، وأمر باستعمال السواك دائماً لتنظيف الفم، وأمر بتعهد الشعر بالقص والتسريح، وأمر بنظافة السبيلين بعد كل تبول أو تغوط...
كما أنه عليه الصلاة والسلام في مجال الطب الوقائي أمرنا بتحريك أعضائنا في كل صلاة، وذلك نوع من الرياضة البدنية إن لم يكن مقصوداً لذاته فهو حاصل على كل حال..
كما جاءنا عليه الصلاة والسلام بحل الطيبات من الطعام وتحريم الخبائث منها كالميتة والخنزير والدم، وأمرنا بالاعتدال في الطعام والشراب وعدم الإسراف فيهما.
كذلك جاءنا عليه السلام بالصيام كعبادة أصلاُ، إلا أنها تتعلق من جوانب كثيرة بالوقاية من الأمراض الجسمية، وتحصّل كثيراً من الفوائد الصحية.


وحرم علينا الخمر التي لا تعد ولا تحصى أضرارها الصحية، وغير الصحية وألحق بها كل ما أسكر كالحشيش والمخدرات، ورأى كثير من العلماء أن التبغ لاحق بها لضرره..


كما أمرنا عليه الصلاة والسلام بالختان الذي هو سبب من أسباب الاحتراز عن الإصابة بالأمراض، كما أمرنا بالزواج ولا تخفى منافعه الصحية على البدن، كما نهانا عن مخالطة المرأة الحائض أو النفساء، وفي ذلك مافيه من الفوائد الصحية، وحرم علينا الزنا واللواط والاستمناء وهي أشياء أشد ما تكون أضراراً بالصحة.
وأمرنا بنظافة الثياب والمساكن والطريق، والتحرز فيها عن الأوساخ والنجاسات.


وأمرنا بالابتعاد عن الأمراض المعدية، مع اعتقاد أنها لاتصيب إلا بإذن الله، فإذا وقع الطاعون في بلد فلا ندخله وإذا كنا فيه فلا نخرج منه، حتى لاتنتقل إلينا العدوى أو ننقلها، وأمر بعزل المصابين ( وفر من المجذوم فرارك من الأسد) (رواه الشيخان عن أبي هريرة ) واهتم بالصحة النفسية والقلبية اهتماماً زائداً ما عليه مزيد.


2 ـ وفي مجال الطب العلاجي:
شرع لنا النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم التداوي ، واعتبره من الدين ودعا إليه وأمر به (تداووا عباد الله فإن الله لم يضع داء إلا وضع معه شفاء إلا الهرم)(رواه أحمد والأربعة وابن حبان والحاكم عن أسماء بنت شريك) إلا أنه حرم علينا التداوي بالمحرمات كالخمر( إن الله لم يجعل شفاءكم فيما حرم عليكم) (رواه البخاري تعليقا وصححه ابن حجر) كما رأى كثير من العلماء حل الانتفاع بأعضاء الموتى لعلاج المرضى الأحياء.


ومن جانب آخر نرى ـ في مجال الطب العلاجي ـ أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ذكر وصفات علاجية لبعض الأمراض، كالعسل وهو غذاء قيم ودواء نافع { يخرج من بطونها شراب مختلف ألوانه فيه شفاء للناس } (سورة النحل/69) وقال عليه السلام: (عليكم بالشفاءين: العسل والقرآن )(رواه ابن ماجه والحاكم وصححه السيوطي)، كما ذكر في الأحاديث الاستشفاء بالحبة السوداء وماء الكمأة والحجامة والكي والسناء والسَّنُّوت والقسط الهندي وألبان الإبل وأبوالها وتبريد الماء للحمى والإثمد وغير ذلك.
