About Drfocused Exception Reporting
The Dr Focused Exception Reporting tool allows all NHS doctors to record their hours and breaks in order to claim overtime pay. Record missed learning and training events, and report unsafe staffing (key evidence to defend against medical negligence claims resulting from unsafe working conditions).
All reports are held locally until you decide to hit send. Once sent, reports are also copied to a national database, allowing us to see which trusts are ensuring their junior doctors work safe rotas and have access to high quality training.

What's Changed
Features & Improvements:
- You can now recall reports after you’ve submitted them! Just click the button in the report details screen, or swipe a report to the side in the ‘my reports’ screen.
- Persistent login - no more having to type in your username and password every time you want to access the app.
Fixes:
- All break durations now work perfectly
- Fields which you’ve turned off aren’t submitted.
- Other small fixes.

- Web app now works fine on Internet Explorer 11!
