RiseOnGo - Highrise CRM App

sometimes it works but mostly just freezes. Used to work ok although it is missing a lot of functionality. Not been updated in ages, I assume they've given up with it.

Crashes and not functional as could be

Great app for business and church! Great for follow up. Would give a 5 out of 5 rating if it had full functionality with the web version. Not all elements of the web version are a part of the app version.

I would have given this app a higher star value, however the time zone is not able to change and it appears to be set for Pacific time. Great if I live in BC but I am in Ontario. All my appointments are 4 hrs late. Get even more interesting when setting an appointment on the app, the appointment ends up 4 hrs earlier since the app thinks I am in BC. Contact support but they seem to have no solution. Sure wished this was mentioned earlier, i would have saved myself $9.00. If this gets fixed, I am happy to revise the star rating.

Keeps stopping and you can't see the contact details reinstalled and I now can't see the client photos. Makes my mobile run slow

Really bad.....

Had too many problems with this app. If you edit a task, for example, it makes you reselect the date and time even if you just want to edit the text or category.

Expensive and not user friendly. Should have stuck with the browser.

Don't bother with this app if you are an active user of Highrise. This is very basic and is more frustrating than anything. I was expecting a better product. To many glitches. Better to just use the online version .

Too rare upgrades. There needs to be an integration of RiseOnGo with android's built-in contact book, which would allow to create new contacts in highrise right after a call, and, even better, to add date/time/length of the call into Highrise automatically.

Disappointing. No cases, no deals, no latest activity. This is basically just Highrise's task manager and contacts. The problem with the task manager screen is that doesn't show the name of the person, nor the category -- just the task text. You have to open up the task to find out who it is about. Since it is a pretty expensive app (£5) it is not really value for money. Why Highrise hasn't done its own app I don't know.

I purchased this for work, to connect remotely, and didn't have to use it for about a month. Well, the one day that I do need to access it to retrieve information, it keeps crashing. I am extremely disappointed in this. Caution to future buyers: if you're running a company, you cannot rely on this app. Save the $8.

Many of the common features of Highrise are missing. This is only useful to look up contact info when a wireless network is unavailable.

Disappointed, just contacts and tasks. Not worth paying for. Compared to other mobile CRM applications, they are way behind. better use the web app.

A lot of features and functionality cannot be accessed on this app. I am finding myself going to either the mobile version of Highrise or the desktop site. This app is ok if you want to just see a person's email or write a quick note.

Good app but it would be great if you could scan business cards and import from your contacts.

I need to be able to search within notes. Otherwise this app makes no sense for me. The UI is completely different from the web based app.

Finally a functional Android app for Highrise. Used it heavily for a day and so far so good! Easily viewed customers (and associated notes and emails), added notes and tasks and edited customers. I have no complaints with the functions that exist. Two feature requests that I would use if they exist.... 1) dashboard view, there are a few salesmen using this as a crm and I would like to review the activity of the day. 2) button to export the contact info for a customer to the phone contacts

I purchased this last last month and it didn't work on my Note 3. They called me and fixed the problem in a timeframe that was impressive. It works and I'm happy.

Easy to use. If you use Highrise this is a must have app

App works fine but am disappointed that it does not allow access to review deals / opportunities.

The app keeps shutting down. It doesn't pull up the correct contacts when searching, particularly when searching via company name.

Well done. Brilliant customer service and support. Works well and is intuitive to work with.

Couldn't pull up contact list. Couldn't assign tasks. No point when I can just use web browser for free.

Can't search businesses pointless if you can't do this. Need to fix that and it will be much better otherwise wouldn't waste the money.

Customer service is great!!! They fixed every problem and did it promptly. I am very pleased. I am very happy!!!!!!

I have been waiting for the Android app for Highrise FOREVER. I've tried tons of CRMs over the years, and none are as simple to use as Highrise. I can make simple and fast updates to contacts without clicking through a million unnecessary screens and fields. I'm SO EXCITED to be able to use this on mobile now. This will be a life changer and schedule saver!!! THANK YOU!!!

When I had questions about the app and it's functions they contacted me back fast and kept in contact with me till all of my questions were answered. This app does everything I need it to do and allows me to keep up with work flow when I'm on the go.

I can't give a review because the system crashes on my Samsung 8.4 I don't think this app is ready for prime time

I bought this app when it was brand new and it did have many bugs. However, dreamwares was eager and ready to promptly fix the bugs as well as add features as requested. I have been VERY impressed with their commitment to make this a great app. And now it is easy to use and functions well!

Love the UI and the concept. It never succeeds in accessing my contacts, however. Update (as of 9/10/2014): the team was very responsive to the synching issue and it's working quite well now. I'm very pleased with this app.

Finally can access highrise on mobile. UI is also cool.
