Workout Engine

The workout engine was designed to help you stay fit. It posts random workouts that are new, creative and will make you sweat. This will be a random workout generator. It will hopefully evolve into more than just posted workout sessions, but for now, enjoy the anticipation of not knowing what will be posted next!

There workouts will consist of gymnastics, Olympic lifting moves, running, lifting, plyometrics, sports moves, and things you've never thought of before. It will keep the body guessing. It will keep you on your toes.
