Slydepay

I loved the app but now there are so many issues. I can't even transfer money from my cards to slydepay any longer. It loads but never complete. So disappointed.

Great app. I have been using it for over a year. Neat UI too. I'd however appreciate 24/7 service available for making all mobile money transactions. I should also commend the excellent customer service.

The transfer charges is too much...withdrawing from a mobile money merchant is more cheaper...

I recommended the app to some friends in the diaspora but they couldn't activate it because you can't send messages to numbers outside Ghana and know they say they trust my recommendations anymore.

I've installed this app for some days now and signing in has become a problem because just a simple verification code can't be sent to me. I've requested for it over and over again, sent messege to contact address for help but no one has replied. I thought it could be a good app but I'm disappointed now.

This app is really disappointing. It got me really frustrated. Simple verification code it cannot send. The support service is equally clueless. Just wasted 25mb data. I am soo angry

I am unable to sign up because the system has refused to send me the code in other to activate my account. It says the code has been sent but nothing shows on my phone. Initially thought I have provided the wrong number but checked and it is the same.

Slydepay is awesome..but you guys need to up ya game..why do I always have to go back and add funds to my Slydepay account if the amount in my Slydepay account is not sufficient to buy whatever I intend to..but have adequate funds in my mobile wallet to make that purchase.. That is kinda stressful..you guys should add that feature where an invoice will be sent to you right from your MM wallet to make that purchase concurrently with adding money to your Slydepay account.. But you guys are limiting us to make payment solely from our Slydepay account which is not the best of experience especially where I have adequate funds in my MM wallet to precede with purchases, instead I have to make payment with my Slydepay account.. And if my funds in my Slydepay account is not enough ..i would have to go back to "top up" my Slydepay account and return to complete that payment..that is a lot stress guys.. Give us both options concurrently.. Sometimes u might not have that luxury of time to go through ur current structure of payment..

The app is just amazing. Though with some issues when adding certain cards. It'll be very helpful if an option of sending money to local bank accounts is added. Thanks

The app is value for money all you need is good Internet access. I've used this app for more that 6 month now it works well. I must commend thier customer-centric staff & their services especially ***ESINAM*** who ensures all my issues are solved anytime I call in. Big ups slydepay! !!!

USELESS! Registration and signing in is a mirage. I would be surprised if there are any already users. Password jumps, date of birth entering is cumbersome.

Slydepay allows me to make simple purchases like talk time credit and manage my mobile money transactions without lifting a foot. I appreciate that.

Very useful app!! Very poor customer support. Calls not answered/returned, messages not answered, etc. Needs to be improved.

Why deducting my airtime buying from my own wallet. Expresspay be best and secured

I thought people here were unprofessional but not after a certain nice lady called me and resolved all my problems one after the other, I'm now a satisfied customer. Thank you slydepay.

Just installed the slydepay waiting for my verifyin code ... Finally I got a called from them and help me verified my account and now am enjoying to the fullest. Thanks guys customer service at it's best.. Keep it up

My only plea is that next time there should be the type that can function whether or not one is having data or if possible it should be offline.
