Personal Health Record PHR

After signing up and logging in, I couldn't even get my information entered. Kept taking me to a blank screen. Ignored information I had entered. Can't figure out how to use it so uninstalled it. Don't know if it's any good or not.

Unusable!!! Great idea but extremely poor app. Like so many other reviews, couldn't get past sign-up. Developers need to address this major problem.

I set up my account online before installing, yet cannot log in, nor register. No response from the 'Register' button. Uninstalling & will just use my browser.

I know I am using the correct password since it works on my pc. If this is an attempt to get me to buy an iphone forget it. I'll change doctors first.

I gave it one star only because there was no option for zero star. Tried to install on 3 different tablets and phones and couldn't get pass the sign up sheet. The idea is great, however the execution sorely lacking. I am amazed that app stores even allow apps like this to be on their system.

Can't sign in. Works fine on my Mac book where I originally signed up. If you guys can make this work on an i phone you should be able to make it work on android too!

Already have an account so I thought I would get the app. Doesn't allow me to login. This is on Galaxy S5. Uninstalling.

Cant sign on with my existing information from web page. Useless if u cant sign in to track anything.

I have tried to register and use your app but it won't work. Tried unistalling and installing again, but the app will not allow me to get past the registration page. Not sure what's wrong. Would have loved to try it!

This app will not let me log in. I can log in from PC but not mobile app for Samsung galaxy S5. Wish they would fix it as it would be very useful when away from laptop.

No reponse from first page of registration. No obvious list of contacts for help.

Doesn't look like any of the screens that are shown. I can view who i am and my past appointments. It doesn't show any of the history and such like i can see on the web page. Not useful at all.

Doesn't do much.

This is very useful. With this app, it's like I have a personal assistance that keep tracks of my medical appointments, health conditions, and even blood pressure. Love it! :)

This is an incredibly useful app that can come in handy in so many ways! Can you just imagine how much more easier it is to detect any abnormalities because the Doctor need not take a billion tests as all past medical records are documented right here in this app! This is an amazing idea and I believe that everyone should be aware of these kind of apps and promote them! What are you waiting for? Go ahead and install this!

I was impressed right from the moment I installed this application. It has all those features that could help you keep record of your health and health related issues. Medical information sharing was one great idea in this application! using this I could share all my medical information with any concerned doctor just like that! great app.

First let me say that I do not work for drchrono. I wasn't paid to review or any of that. I love this app. The service and the innovation that the company have given the healthcare community. The fact that I can schedule appointments with my doctor is amazing. I am happy I have found this app.
