Simple , if print option is available, then it is easy to take a print out summary .

Diagnosis should be visible everytime.

How can I share data with my colleagues

Easy to use. The only problem is that it crashes sometimes when an image is saved with the patient record.

I wish u add archive for old cases to separate from active one .... u could add subspecialities items like LMP & EDD in obs&gyn

Add billing process, patient's address email etc. Otherwise it's a good one

Convenient to add info..but it needs more features like searching old records..

Great for keeping track of patients as a student

Straight forward with just the info I need for my patients

This is a good app, simple but just have what I needed. Might I suggest to have an indication if the patient is already discharged, not just being erased from the list. Or maybe an archive so we can look up previous admissions diagnosis and pharmacotherapies? Thank you very much.
