About Barclays Traveller

With the dedicated Traveller app, everything you need to use the service is on your smartphone.

You can show your membership card on your phone and keep track of how many visits you have left.

Other features within the app include:
- A full list of the available lounges, spas, nail bars and restaurants and how to find them.
- Information on what visits you’ve used and how many free visits you have left.
- Ability to purchase more visits.

The Airport Lounge service and app are provided on Barclays’ behalf by Lifestyle Services Group Limited and DragonPass International Ltd.

Not a good start. I have been trying to log in for almost a week. The registration was not working at all. I had to call Barclays to activate my account. Even then the password I set is not working despite restting it multiple times. I am traveling in a few days and I don't have the physical card yet. I forsee a big problem. Not impressed at all.

Various people have been complaining about the app since September and yet the same issues still persist. Keeps crushing when you want to show your card. Calling at that point is the last thing one would want to do. Please fix it.

Installed & worked ok on couple of screens then froze. Same with ipad app. Powered down both android phone & ipad. When powered up again both apps worked fine. Hope it lasts.

Useless since upgrade. Stops every time I try to display card and randomly otherwise. Bring back the old app which worked well.

Uninstalled to download a new copy. Still took 3 mins to finish 'Loading' message before presenting sign in page the first time. Nice bonus to see there are additional 25% off at some of the dine in at the terminals. But please add a 'Don't Ask Again' option to input a payment card details on opening every time.

Would be helpful if the app ever stopped loading. Haven't been able to do anything with it as it's continually loading. I use a Galaxy S5

Pretty awful, what's the point of having this pass if you can't use it! Lounges are always full and you can't book and when I did eventually get in one at Birmingham airport the girl who booked me in (Jess) was quite rude saying "yes you can come in now" with a tone like I was wasting her time, she didn't smile or hardly say a thing when she served me at the bar. Not exactly VIP service!

Used in Heathrow terminal 3 and Newark terminal b at the arts lounge for me and my family. Worked great and as a result had a much nicer quieter fully fed travel experience. Used on Xperia Z5.

Trying to search for locations, nothing comes up. No information in the settings. Just shows me my card details & how many visits I have. Not impressed.

Doesn't automatically enable location services and even when you do it manually it doesn't pick up your location. Also the search function does nothing. So basically it doesn't do anything except tell you how many accesses you have left And what your card number is. Withdraw this app until you have it working please.

So many things wrong with it. The only thing it's good for is your membership card number. Searching and location don't work at all. Pathetic from a so-called premium service.

After have many problems login in. I call customers services and basically there was a security issues. You have to type in your email not use auto fill. Problem solve- simple and easy to use. I just use two lounges now. And there are great some better than other but I would check if you need to book reservation first with the lounge as there get book up quickly. Many thanks for the help

At the time of registration, the date of birth option makes you scroll through each month of each year. The password entry field has been set to have first letter as capital. When I click on near me, I get an error about device location not being enabled though it is. Typing in a country or city and pressing done does nothing.

I've registered and the app opens but it won't search and there are no settings or contact details. I'd rather use the website page version, at least that works!
