After downloading the app I tried logging in but it always says I'm not connected to the internet. This is rubbish

It won't let me "sign up". Everytime I try to create a password it keeps telling me that I need to use at least one uppercase character and one numeric character and a minimum of 6 characters... which I have! Annoying.

Horrible apps. Cannot register. How to do business like that? Has to be simple, clear and interactive.....

What a load of rubbish. Says it is installed - nowhere on my phone. All other installed apps work fine. Will report this to Barclays as it is awful compared to their previous supplier

can't login. already tried many times with the id and pass from my bank its always says wrong id and pass. even after forget password still it keep telling me word id and pass.

I love the app, had no major problems with it but cannot top up my visits in GBP, only getting the option in USD!

Doesn't work, keeps asking for upper case in password despite multiple inputs.

Good apps for airport lounge around the world

Useless. Tells me i do not have membership, by number or email. Cannot locate my available free entries to lounges.. Even trying to access at the airport through the lounge assistant it doesn't work, they told me I had no membership.

Absolute garbage. Doesn't work

Rubbish. I can see my card on pc but tis app tells me wring user ame and password. Waste of time. I pdf my card and stoored on my phone.

It never work. Spend lots of time to register and check in. But it seems need more than that. Better don't waste time

Can't even login with a username and password that works on a pc.

Couldn't even set an account up

It doesn't work. Tried 20 times to activate. Then every time I open the app it just shows white blank screen.

I have Internet connection and yet the apps says no Internet connection. Unable to activate card. Seriously?!

Wow, Shockingly Poor! Please do improve on virtually EVERY aspect. From verification to actually using the app. I would give you a litany of faults but I would rather suggest that that you COMPLETELY OVERHAUL THE ENTIRE APP. Start from scratch and rebuild. Good idea but poor implementation. DragonPass, please try again.

Used it once, and had no problems. Now I cant login, freezes at the login page. Disaster.

Useless can't login can't access free card. Gets stuck onpassword page with blank screen or LDAP error. Shame on you Barclays for teaming up with such a poor provider.

App wasn't tested properly. Not working. Most probably developed by low IQ idiots.

I had thought they might have fixed this but they don't seem to be bothered. Just had the usual response from Dragon Pass that everyone seems to get. It makes you want to laugh out loud at the pathetic drivel as nothing is ever done. They are just wasting their time and ours!

Impossible to register. Numerous attempts failed when it came to country selection. The card was given to me by my bank as a "thank you" for being a private client. I will be having words with my bank for giving out such useless gifts

As written above, when it works it works. Had the issue when logging in, it asked me to pay, even I was entitled use for free. Customer service was very helpful, but were also out of luck, even on their side the test went fine. Final solution: the app doesn't ask for permission to access the local storage, once I granted it manually, all sorted out. Hope this helps others.

Installed ok. Log in ok...but try show you membership and it still ask you to choose membership type and pay. This app is corrupted. For your QR code, use your phone and go www to get ur card QR code instead. This is the experience from VISA INFINITE CUSTOMERS IN BRUNEI DARUSSALAM.

Great app and service from dragon pass, highly recommended

Useless app, useless company that uses this app. Give us back the usual lounge access instead of partnering utterly incompetent app that can't register.

Complicated login and verification process then nothing worked. Could not believe ANZ used this partner for Platinum card holders without testing carefully the service! Advice: Go back to basic with a link to email to verify log in should be the best way for clients to confirm.
