This app basically helps people receive a down payment to purchase there first home. By giving them a chance to receive assistance from the federal government programs which are presently in place at the moment. This in turn allows them a final chance to become a new homeowner themselves like many others out their are today! So, at this time I think that this DPA app itself is a pretty good app to have in general. Simply because it's got a lot of information which will help someone get a new home.
