- 동영상으로 얼마나 배울수있을까 싶었는데, 생각보다 동작이 쉽고 또 선생님만큼은 못하더라도 비슷하게나마 아이에게 해줄수 있다는게 어디인가요. 하면 좋다는데 안하고있는거보단 해보는게 백배 낫다고 생각합니다 ^^

- 임신하고 시간이 지날수록 움직이는게 불편한데 그럴때 하기 딱 좋은 취미입니다! 편하게 앉아서 이쁜걸 만든다는게 참 좋네요 처음엔 꽃자수가 예뻐서 꽃자수만 할까 했는데 낱말카드도 하길 잘한것 같습니다^^ 아이와 이걸 얼마나 써먹을지는 알수없지만 아이만을 위한 작품이다보니까 더뿌듯하달까요~ 엄마의 정성을 아이가 느껴줬으면 좋겠습니다 ^^

- 10개의 강의 안에 많은 내용이 들어있어요- 이유식에 대한 내용만 있는게 아니라 엄마에게 좋은 음식도 잘 정리해주셔서 편했습니다- 이유식을 처음 시작할 때 모유와 이유식의 비율을 어떻게 해야 하는지 감이 잘 안왔는데 평균적인 수치를 정해주셔서 좋았습니다. 재료도 잘 정리돼있고, 아이가 아플때 상황별로 어떤 음식을 줘야하는지 알려주셔서 좋았어요 ^^ 이유식과 단유에 대해 딱 정리돼있는걸 원하시는 분이라면 아주 좋은 안내서가 될것같아요 ^^

- 종이공예가 병원에서도 많이 쓰인다고 하잖아요. 그만큼 정신건강에 참 좋은것 같아요. 간단하게 접어서 조립하는 동안에는 모든 걱정이 사라지고 여기에만 집중할수 있어서 행복했습니다. 특히 조립할때 너무 재밌어요^^

- 우리 민이가 뱃속에 있을 때 미리 알아두려고 들었어요. 엄마가 될 준비를 미리 하는 기분으로요^^ 선생님께서 설명하시는 내용은 전부 중요한거 더라구요. 남편한테도 제가 설명해줄 생각입니다 ㅎ 배에서 갓 나온 아이가 어떤지, 어떻게 대해줘야 하는지 특히 위생적인 면에서 공부가 됏어요. 다른 임신중인 엄ㅁ마들께도 추천합니다 ㅎ

- 엄마 몸에 맞게 요가 수업이 있으니까 게을리 하면 안되겠더라구요. 덕분에 나름?꾸준히 할수있었어요! 잔잔한 음악 들으면서~ 집에서 편하게 뒹굴뒹굴하며 요가하니까 넘 편했어요. 남들 보는 눈도 없으니 눈치 볼일도 없고 민망하지도 않고 이게 젤 큰 장점! 하루이틀 해서는 효과를 볼수없는게 당연하겠죠. 꾸준히 몸을 움직일 무언가가 필요하다! 하는 분들께 강추합니다

- 처음엔 저만 보다가 중간부터는 남편도 같이 봤습니다. 제가 시간날때마다 보니까 궁금한지 옆에서 기웃하더니 같이 보자네요. 간만에 오붓하게 공부했습니다. 임신 처음부터 중간에 주의점, 출산할때 주의점 출산 방법 등등등 거의 전 과정을 알려주십니다. 임신이나 출산에 대해 전혀 지식이 없을때 보면 배울게 매우 많아보입니다. 아마 아내분들은 스스로 몸의 변화이기 때문에 산부인과에서 듣게 되는 것도 있을것이고 어느정도 지식이 있을거라고 생각합니다. 그래서 저는 오히려 남편분들께 권하고 싶습니다.
