I paid my bill on the 1sts and it wasn't due until the 3rd but my water was turned off due to none payment once I checked to see what happened it states that a check was mailed out I paid with a debit card Didn't need to have a check mailed I could have done that not happy at all it

It won't let me log in or let me reset the password or any information period what kinda service is this i have too have this to pay my county Taxes but i guess ill have to complian to the County for supporting such a worthless app!!!

I have used this app some and it is a brilliant idea but it is still not capable of all the fine tuning it needs to actually do what it is purposed for. It will open up menus in a browzer that it clearly states, "it does not support". Hopefully this app will evolve with time. I give it 2 stars at this point.

This is the best app for paying bills, some companies you have 2 send end payment or take it end, I can schedule a payment and don't have to worry about it, I give this app a 10 if I could I love it. For people that don't know how to work this app need 2 learn more about how to do it or get help, I have never had a problem with this app my bills are paid on time I have no problem with my password or anything, I think they just don't know what they are doing. lol ????????????

This app is a bait and switch used to charge you fees to pay bills, and it did not disclose this up front when installing or adding vendors to pay. Very disappointed.

I payed my bill online. Now I can not access the account. Call my water company and they have not received the payment. Go figure. Now I am having to pay this bill over and loose my money.

I love this app, it so convient to have all your accounts in one app & you dont have to waste space downloading multiple apps! Its also great for people who have hard time remembering account info, passwords, etc... everything you need for your separate billing accounts wrapped up in one app! Reciepts, documents, account info, customer service & links to web address for specific account! The biggest thing I would ask is to have more compaines participate with this app! Instead they want you to use thiers.

User interface needs to be more in standafd with current apps or office software. Takes some time to get us to and loading in account information doesn't mean you have it set up correctly. Double check with you providers to ensure bills are paid on time.

Its a quick and easy way to view my payments online. But the headquarters keep calling me telling me they have not recieved my payments. So im left with doing an extra step for Credit Acceptance. I have to fax my statements to HQ. Please fix this.

SCAM!!!!!!! WENT TO PAY A BILL AND THE COMPANY NEVER GOT IT THEY HACKED INTO THE COMPANY AMD TOOK THR MOMEY I HAD TO PAY MY BILL TWICE 3X MORE THE SECOND TIME BECAUSE THE COMPANY NEVER RECEIVED THE PAYMENT
