TV Program Search

No more scanning the TV guide! Simply enter a list of search terms, and TV Program Search will show the upcoming programs that contain one or more of these keywords in their title or synopsis.

Currently, the application is limited to the channels BBC 1, BBC 2, BBC 4, and CBBC. A selection of these channels can be made on the Channels page.

Keywords can be added (+ sign), changed, or deleted (both accessed by long press). Note that keywords are not case sensitive, and may include symbols (e.g. spaces).

TV programs are shown in a list on the main page, which can be refreshed by means of the sync button. By toggling the filter button, either all TV programs of the selected channels are shown, or only those containing one or more keywords in their title or synopsis. Clicking on a program will open the corresponding web page in a separate browser.

Keywords that are found can be highlighted in the list of TV programs by means of the highlight option on the Settings page.
