cookie warning in app? Hello Douglas, you made a very lame app! I guess its not a real mobile app but just a web call to your site, that's why I see the cookie warning that occupies more then HALF of my screen. I suggest you to remove that disaster from the playstore until you hire professional programmers that will make for you a true mobile app. Nobody in this world cares about those coockies. So delete that web-call-page from the store.

Can't order anything with the app. After "Weiter" it does not direct to the paying section. Tried to make an order already three times and nothing seems to work.

I just realized that this app doesn't correspond to all the Douglas web server spread in different countries, but it was recommended in douglas.nl while it doesn't even recognize my ID in the app. I'd love to see this app working in my country.

I can't go online on the Web page or the app it's like Douglas doesn't exist anymore the Norwegian page is not accessible anymore what is going on for a past 6 month now

Habe die app für meinen color code schon mal heruntergeladen. Jedoch waren die Bedingungen nicht das Beste. Es war dunkel und regnerisch, man kann die scan camera nicht auf selfie modus stellen, um zu sehen was man tut, was die Sache ziemlich frustierend und langwierig macht. Wenn man nicht jemanden hat, der für einen das Handy hält, ist es praktisch unmöglich. Nun habe ich es bei gutem Wetter erneut probiert. Ich will den neuen code einspeichern, worauf die app und website mir sagt, es sei ungültig. Toll.

I cannot change the number of items in the shopping card. Navigation does not work on the latest version I halve. I click on a menu item, it thinks long and hard and takes me back to the main screen. It is unworkable. I uninstalled it and will try to install it again. If this does not work, I think I'd rather stick to the Web version. And message to the engineers: why do you make the backend details public in your app?

Die App ist langsam. Man wird nach Schließen der App jedes Mal automatisch abgemeldet was lästig ist. Die Menüführung sieht auf den ersten Blick übersichtlich aus, man findet jedoch nirgendwo z.B. Card-Angebote. Mir gefallen die Seite sowie die App insgesamt nicht gut.

Warum lasst ihr absichtlich den Großteil der Android Nutzer aus? Die Funktionen die ihr in der App benutzt können auch von Android 4 benutzt werden. Snapchat hat da tiefergehende face recognition, Transformation usw.

einfach nur schrecklich zu shoppen, es ladet nicht alles, wenn man bei "weiter Produkte zeigen" und dann hängt es sich dauernd auf und sucht nicht nach den eingetippten sondern schickt einen wieder auf die Startseite. es nervt total...

I am not sure why, but the app just does not have any "color expert" menu option on my phone. The card is useless to me! Could you please fix it?? Thanks.

Color Expert funktioniert nicht ohne Frontkamera. Wieso kann ich nicht einfach die normale nehmen? EDIT: Ihre Antwort ergibt überhaupt keinen Sinn. Die Frontkameras sind die schlechteren ja. Die App funktioniert bei mir nicht, weil ich keine Frontkamera habe. Die bessere Kamera auf der Rückseite des Handy habe ich. Wenn die Frontkamera deaktiviert ist, sollte die App auf meinem Handy laufen.
