國家創新月是台灣首度以社會創新為內涵，展現政府政策推動與民間創新創意成果所打造的獨立展館，結合資訊月在北中南高舉行。以「台灣味」為策展主題再融入"數位匯流"內容，精心規劃三大主題館：簡單明瞭的「數Way匯流」主題館、題材豐富的「數味匯流」社會創新館、微電影節勝出「數微匯流」微電影館。

這是一場引領資訊科技進入生活關懷與社會文化的創新饗宴，一場新與舊兼容、科技與人文呼應的饗宴，許多觸動人心的創新故事，讓我們重新認識每個人心中的台灣味。
