Wakey - Control your screen sleep and brightness

Works perfectly! I use it to keep the screen alive while listening to music while driving. App can switch on automatically when another app is switched on (Deezer, Spotify), but you need the premium version for that.

Works very well every time. I use it a lot. It's a clever idea!

Perfect, Just an idea to make it even better than 5* it already is, Don't know if it's possible but if you could add a timer, for example, if I leave the phone down with one of those apps that are marked to keep screen on, if I forget the phone, not battery good, so, if we could set it to an X number if minutes? The only way I could find to listen to music over Bluetooth without stuttering on my Note 4 and without rooting.

Even with the problem with the update if you use tasker you still can use it for app time out I have use it that way all along and it will work and still works but not sure why that was removed I'm guessing Google

I don't see any point to it now that appwake has been taken off...

When phoning hands-free, the call display of the S6 annoyingly goes black after 30 seconds, causing the much needed on-screen buttons to be unavailable. To avoid this, a screen tapping is required every 25 seconds or so, all the more annoying when you're busy with other things. The Wakey app keeps the call display lit, no matter the length of the call.

This application starts on its own will and use the selfie camera focus. I was trouble shooting why I kept hearing "tap tap" sound from my phone. At last Wakey is using the focus of the selfie camera. I uninstall it and the tap tap sound is resolved.

AppWake is great, have a bunch of games that don't stay awake, this keeps the screen from turning off while they're running and it's all automatic. Rarely it won't detect a game running, don't know why.

Does what I want it to, which is more than many apps I tried can say. Has infinity mode. I'm pleased.

Seems to work flawlessly. Suggestion: let me swipe notification bar to disable. I use the free service to monitor my twitch chat while streaming on my single monitor computer.

Very solid and useful app that helps keep my screen on when other apps don't have the Android permission set. Can sometimes get stuck 'on', but a force stop resolves this.

Turns itself on and kills my battery. It used to be essential because HTC Car App has a bug that lets the screen go dark.
