Dot Loop is by far the best app for e- signing! I am NOT tech savvy at all but this app is easy to use! The only time I had any problems was due to an error on my part on a Sunday afternoon I was able to reach customer service at this time. They walk me through my mistake and I was back up and running within three minutes period I cannot recommend this app enough! BEST E -SIGN APP EVER!

I like the mobile app, however it still lacks some of the functionality as the desktop version. One prominent issue is that it doesn't allow you to download documents. I hope this gets fixed soon. ***Updated 02/18/17. Not sure what upgrades were done but this up still lacks the ability to download docs... What's the use if I still need to open the desk top version on my phone.... Not effective or efficient at all...PLEASE FIX THIS and make it More user Friendly!!!

I think Dot Loop is great, the only reason why I didn't give it all five stars is because when I need to find a particular document to add to my Loop, it isn't always easy to find. Other than that I think Dot Loop is wonderful. Thank you!
