Die Firmengruppe Max Bögl baut als Investor auf einem innerstädtischen Areal im bayerischen Neumarkt in der Oberpfalz das Stadtquartier „NeuerMarkt” auf einer bisherigen Brachfläche mit direkter, fußläufiger Anbindung an die Altstadt. Den Schwerpunkt des Nutzungskonzeptes macht mit ca. 13.100 m² Verkaufsfläche der Einzelhandel aus. Daneben wird der „NeueMarkt” Flächen für Gastronomie sowie für Büros, Praxen und Dienstleistungen bieten. Zudem entsteht ein Hotel mit ca. 100 Zimmern sowie ein modernes Multiplex-Kino und rund 550 PKW-Stellplätze. Mit attraktiver Architektur und einem abwechslungsreichen Mieterbesatz wird das neue Stadtquartier die bereits vorhandene hohe Einkaufs- und Aufenthaltsqualität der Stadt Neumarkt weiter verbessern und dazu beitragen, die Kreisstadt als Oberzentrum und Einkaufsstadt noch stärker in den regionalen Fokus zu rücken. Die Eröffnung des „NeuenMarktes” ist für Herbst 2015 geplant.
