I have a block on whole blood donation, but am eligible for platelets. Current app blocks me from scheduling any type of donation...doesn't qualify by donation type, even though I specify platelets in the preliminary scheduling questions.

Sign up was easy, since i had my donor number. i could view my previous visit, once logged in. However, the primary purpose of the app, for me (like most), is to schedule and manage appointments. But, the app couldn't find any donation centers, even with a search radius of 100 miles, despite the fact that i donated at a center 10 miles from here. This is a clear indication that the app developers haven't entered in the data properly. But, that's not surprising, since the app has several other serious issues

As I traversed from page to page, the graphics kept getting smaller and smaller - basically unreadable. Until this is fixed I'll stick with the web site.

While this is the fastest way I know to schedule donations, the app is clearly a website turned phone app. It's a little buggy; I was unable to schedule a donation in between two others, but when I deleted all of my appointments and added then again, it worked.

It's actually kind of hard to do anything with this app.
